Tv worked, ok breakfast.
Not enough coffee in room. No pool

The room was spacious and air conditioner felt nice and cool. Brought us more towels when we asked for them.
There was a strong smell of weed in the lobby area/hallways on one of the evenings. They only had 2 towels in the room for 4 people staying there. The television kept freezing/stopping when trying to watch any channel. The chain lock on the door was gone. Internet stated there was a pool, but we did not find a pool indoor or outdoors.

The staff was friendly, and we were able to get into our room a little early. My kids liked the waffles at breakfast. Wifi seemed to work alright. The fridge was a good size.
The building was stinking. 5 different bad smells in the hallway. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The room reeked of Febreze or some air freshener when we got there. No screen in the window. It was loud. The bed covers had holes from burns. There were stains on the sheets. There were blankets on the bed that looked so old they were retro, and not in a good way. I didn't know they still made blankets like that. The beds were very small. The TV worked poorly. HGTV was not on the TV package. Very few channels available, mostly infomercials. The channels that did come in were very glitchy. The bath towels were old, discolored, and thin. I have never seen towels that bad in a hotel. There were mascara stains on the washcloths. Every time you flushed the toilet, it would make a farting noise after about 30 second. The bathroom floor was dirty, there was an open bar of soap behind the toilet. The shower was stained. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. Breakfast was gross. Waffle machine was fine. Coffee was disgusting. Apple juice didn't work. Very little variety. There was a rain storm and the parking lot flooded. It's in a low spot with bad drainage. Glad we were on an upper floor. We paid $130 and it was not worth it.

Staff was friendly, I was able to bring my dog for $10 a night with no added deposit. It was clean and comfy enough but it was a bit noisy and the breakfast kinda sucked. Even still my dog's reproductive vet is 2 hours from my house but 2 min from this hotel and I liked it enough that I'll stay there again next time I have to make that trip.

I liked the coffee available 24 hours a day.
wifi only worked occasionally.

N/A... Rooms were clean, but in poor condition. Liked the "price."
Rooms "old"... Really need to be upgraded.

I just had their juices and coffee which were good. I had brought my own breakfast because of food allergies and I needed a bland breakfast because I had been sick the day before.
The glass coffee pot in the coffee maker was missing. I didn't get the senior discount because I didn't know that the online booking site I used was not actually the Super 8 site and I asked about a senior discount but didn't get a response.

We did not get bitten by bed bugs.
Room was filthy. Bathroom was in disrepair and filthy. Non smoking building smelled terribly of smoke. Exterior doors to parking lot did not lock. Breakfast was a joke, even coffee was empty.

We didn't like anything and I would prefer a refund.
Clean room, properly supplied, make sure there are NO BUGS! I think she needed more help and I do realize that right now that part is a lot to ask. But clean up the building outside and inside. Entry ways need properly cleaned. Tubs cleaned from top to bottom. Towels be stocked.

Nothing but I got some free ice once I got past the huge vending machine that was emply setting in the hall, in front of the ice machine. There was no one available when cking out the next day. No free water for the customers for the coffee machine or just to drink. Had a microwave but could plug it in, no outlet. Had a frig but it was filthy, like everything in that entire room.
There were 3 rooms clear to the back of the building that were taken, we were in the center, The family in 137 had a big dog that barked all night, we had not one wink of sleep, nether of us. The unit for heat would kick in and make all kinds of noise and it sounded like animals inside of it but it was new. We finally got up, NO SHOWERS, got dressed and got the heck out of there for over $81.00 for the few hours by 6:00 a.m.. We had 2 thin bath towels one had 5 holes in it and freys hanging off of it, just like the worn towels in our garage to wash the cars with, ONE hand towel and ONE wash cloth. The floors in the bathroom were terrible to the point we did not take our socks off even during the night, we had fresh ones for morning but didn't want to put our bare feet near that filthy floor. The back of the bathroom door had holes all over it, they tried to fix and still didn't get it done along with where the handle went thru that walll too and they painted over a bad putty job. The wall above the night stand on the East side of the room had holes all over it. The drapes are so out dated as is the bed spread. The sheets were old and the pillow cases had stains or they were just plain dirty. I slept on my own because these pillows were so old and matted, not fressh at all. I will never advise anyone to stay there, ever. Way too much wront with the establishment. They need to clean clean clean and scrub everything from top to bottom. Never put people in the back part, if theres a person with a dog then put them far away on an outside wall or up stairs away from the othere, they all paid like us to "sleep" not go thru this crap.

The staff was lovely and very acomadating. BK was manger couldn't be more helpful as was April one of the cleaning staff GREAT!!! The location was convenient for access to nearby stores, churches, eateries, gas stations.
The Hotel as nice as my stay was lacks in some modern facilities. Wyndom needs to invest some money into bring it up to date with bathrooms, carpeting, painting and furnishing. This will improve they value of the customer's stay and make them fell they are getting there money's worth.

That it was only $70 for the night we stayed.
The property was very ran down and dirty.

Not much to really like about it. It was a place to rest our heads
Couldn’t open the door unless done just right. There was a cigarette bucket at the entrance that looked and smelled like it had been there collecting for years.

The room was very unclean.

fine.
bath towels need to be replaced. Worn out. The lock on my room did not function very well. Needs adjustment to the latch. Hangs up and difficult to open. Grounds needs attention. Trash and weeds around the entryway to the rooms.

Nice large room.
It wasn't real clean. There were no wash clothes for showering or shampoo and conditioner.

The staff were hospitable. For instance, they did extend the breakfast time for us, so that we could eat prior to leaving. Breakfast was to be over at 9 and we came down at 8:50. We were traveling with an infant & two kids 6 and 2. The decor was recently updated so the room looked nice.
The beds were hard. The hallway to our room smelled of cigarette smoke. My first pillow was lumpy so I used my son’s pillow (he doesn’t use a pillow), my husband thought the pillows were too thin. The AC to the room wasn’t that great.

It’s well located
It was good

Breakfast was laking with watered down waffle mix and cold gravy for the biscuits. Room was poorly clean upon arrival. Room was cleaned alot better after the first night's stay.
Room could have been better cleaned for our arrival. More choices for breakfast like peanut butter for the bread and maybe some yogurt.
