Grumpy staff, no maid service

There is no maid service at all! First, there is no maid service without requesting for it. Even after requesting, no maid service happened.

The room was so outdated. The shower controls were so outdated. The hotel is for sale. It used to be a very busy place.

Very good

The breakfast was very good. There were several options to choose from. The area was clean. The bed was very comfortable.

The heater in the room was loud. We turned it off in order to sleep.

It was ok, and met our needs. We appreciated the clerk moving us as far away from the bar as possible.

The lobby was attractive.

The price was a lot more than what I booked for. the king bed wasn't king it just wasn't anything special in my opinion for the cost

The Hallways looked nice! And workers were friendly. Looks like it could be a very nice place with some care.

Rooms outdated and in bad shape. Mold in bathroom. Also found a cockroach in the bathroom. Breakfast was not taht great either. But average.

Pleasant stay

The Hotel was huge! Beautifully decorated. Staff was super friendly. Quiet so you could get a good night's sleep. Booking app said there was no free breakfast, but there was.

Booking app said pool was closed, it was open, but I didn't bring my suit. Booking app said there was a jacuzzi tub in room, there wasn't. Finding a bartender in the bar was time consuming. Booking app said there was a restaurant on premises, it was closed.

Hotel has potential but is dated and rooms were dirty.

Close to the event we attended.

Property was dated and dirty. The first room we checked into appeared that the bedding had not been changed from previous guests. Front desk was apologetic and brought us keys for a new room. Second room we checked into the AC didn’t work and there was a used rubber glove with debris all over it on the AC unit. Room appeared to have not been vacuumed from previous guest. There was a used water bottle on the ground, several plastic pieces in different areas of the room, and flowers on the ground near the closet. We had to go to the front desk to get keys for the the third room which appeared clean but the comforter had several lumps in it so the bedding didn’t look appealing. They ran out of the free breakfast by 9 a.m. and we never saw the bar open. Parking lot was sparse and in poor condition.

Sorry but we would probably not stay there again!

Room was not cleaned very well. We found beer cans by the bed and mascara on the floor! We really hope we had clean sheets at this point!

All of the staff was wonderful, the hotel, at the Internet was terrible.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful, both the front desk the housekeeping and for the breakfast. Everyone really was wonderful.

The only complaint that I have was the Internet in the room was absolutely horrible. I probably would not stay at this hotel again unless when I called and asked they told me that the Internet had been fixed. This day and time as much as we rely on the Internet this will be important in the future.

The staff were great and friendly!

I loved the size of the pool, sauna, and whirlpool. The location was great as it was so close to Millikin University. I also loved the ambience and decor.

I wish they served breakfast and that the lobby and pool wasn't so far away from my room
