Just what we expected - a great place to stay but the management company needs to get their act together. I will be char

Everything except they locked us out of our room

They had nobody to help us when we were locked out of our room. The phone numbers given were not manned nor was it possible to leave a message. The instruction to text a local man was useless - he never received them! I sent an email but no answer. we waited for 1.5 hours to get into the room for vital medication- a very harrowing experience. Nobody contacted us at any time. The on site agent arrived to let us in after we had waited for 1.5 hours - not acceptable! He told us that they were available 24/7 which I laughed at - just not true!

Accommodations were very roomy. Liked the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and kitchen area.

Excellent location and access to apartment. Close to plenty of attractions and walking trails. The communication regarding check-in and departure was great!!

Low water pressure in shower. A bit difficult to figure out TV controls using streaming services. Noticed an Amazon fire stick remote but no directions how to use it.

Location, comfortable setting, clean.

Too many glass tables. I would highly recommend getting rid of it especially since this place seems to cater to families with kids ( bunk beds). I honestly 6hink a small, simple wood coffee table is enough in the living room area.

Nice place. Staff never answer the phone or return calls.

The apartment was clean and very will appointed.

The staff NEVER answer the phone or return calls. I left numerous messages for them to call me back both before and during my stay. Never answered and never returned the call.

Good location, great amenities, fairly priced

This was a last minute booking for us but worked out great. Good location, nice amenities (the couches are newer and nicer than pictured!) including the resorts. We did yoga, sauna, and a massage and it was great. The manager quickly responded whenever we had issues. Highly recommend!

Would get rid of the carpet in the kitchen

One of the rooms makes an unbearable noise, you can't sleep there, and the TV in the living room doesn’t work with any channels, and it is not possible to connect to the internet on it

fantastic environment I wouldn’t think twice about staying here.

I love how close everything was and especially how easy the drive was from my home to the resort, highly recommend anyone to make a stay here

it was a little tuff for parking but I don’t mind a little walk

Exceptional

Very relaxing setting. Beautiful trees in Fall colors in October all over the resort. Very comfortable and clean beds. Everything I needed for my 5-day in the duplex I was in (Full kitchen, laundry and drier, fireplace etc...). Plenty of parking right next to the front door.

Very thankful for the lovely setting!

Its quietness, its lovely walking paths. The lack of busyness this time of year!! It was spacious and not at all cramped!!

It would have been great if one of our two rooms hadn’t been upstairs. But it really wasn’t a big deal at all. It wasn’t cool to find a used eye contact on our bathroom floor, or a few stray hairs there when we arrived. Or a few crumbs on another bed. otherwise, it was clean.

The condo was very nice and clean( but no coffee!!) But the smoke alarm was beeping the entire weekend! The contact numbers for property management never returned our messages for help!! The air conditioning was fine on the bottom level but it stayed hot upstairs area! Never cooled down and the beeping incessant!! The beds were very firm that my joints actually ached!! It should have been a perfect romantic age away, but I’ll never stay at this site.

Was amazing ! the view was something else.

The location was amazing. The kitchen was fully equipment. The rooms were great. Hot water all the time Definitely will come back!!!!

Well, it was way too hot and too dry !!! I woke up feeling really bad. we couldn't tern the AC off and it was hard to sleep honestly. So that was really bad.

Really relaxing, comfortable space for a getaway in the mountains

Living room was super comfortable, kitchen had everything you could need, bedrooms were huge, king bed and two bathrooms

Beds were really hard and the pillows were hard and high. Found some food on the floor when we got there

property is so convenient!! just minutes from lakes and meadows and stores and restaurants.

i like everything at the property.
