Needs improvement

Hair on restroom walls cracks all around walls pillow so uncomfortable only one small bed when we requested 2 or king bed. AC too loud and worked on in off

I liked my stay.

I didn’t have towels and when I called they brought them to me in less than 5 minutes.

It was a little too dim.

Horrible. The Management does not care about customers only about the money they are given.

It was close to our house

We stayed in a handicap room because my husband wears a prosthetic leg so we needed a shower chair. When checking in the front desk person stated that the chair was built in. The shower chair broke off the wall causing my husband to fall in the shower. He hurt he’s back with the fall. We reported it to the front desk and they said Management would call us. We never heard from them. They never even called to check on my husband. The TV was cracked and there was no cable. The pool was not even usable because of them putting in chemicals and it looked dirty. Bad service ALL around. A Health Inspector should go out to the facility. We will never stay there again.

The room was really small it looked nothing like the picture it was very noisy you could hear the people walking above us and someone keep calling our room trying to make reservations the beds were not comfortable I don't think I will stay there again I just did not like at all.

Location convenience.

I understand they were going through a renovation. but even inside our room was extremely dusty and dirty, resulting in sinus infections for the whole family. it doesn’t seem like anything swept or vacuumed before our stay. The staff were too busy flirting with each other that when I had a simple question like double checking the room number because it wasn’t written on any of my documentation, I got a look like I was bothering and disrupting them. and they must have been doing something inappropriate because when I went downstairs to grab something from my car, they had just stopped and froze and got quiet as I walked by.

The facility was very nice. They are going through a big renovation. I totally understand and I would like to go back when it is completed !

Okay stay that could have been better.

The location to seaworld and the zoo

The breakfast was not that great. I wish there were more choices. The waffles were not cooking all the way through they were still mushy in the middle. They were also in the middle of a remodeling. I booked a room with a king bed and pull out couch for the kids and was told on arrival they didn't have any avaliable. So that was disappointing.

I would have been disappointed if the price were higher, but the stay was fine for what we paid.

It was a fair price for the location in San Antonio. They had friendly and helpful housekeeping and breakfast staff.

There were lots of renovations being done to update the place, and that was fine with us since we were only there to sleep and weren’t going to be spending much time there at all. However, we were a little shocked by how much paint was splattered all over the carpet and furniture in our room. It really wasn’t a big deal, just unsightly. Our water pressure and hot water wasn’t great, but again, not such a big deal. The breakfast selection was okay with lots of prepackaged items, cereal, and waffles. We’re not really breakfast people, so just having a little snack was plenty for us. On the second morning of our stay, there were fruit flies swarming the bananas, and that was a little unsettling, but we just chose not to have a banana.

Renovations had elevator out of service. Had to carry two children down the stairs. Room was 80° when we entered.

it’s a nice hotel. it had potential to look really nice.

so it was under renovation. I thought just the lobby was but when I got to my room. we didn’t have hot water. the beds look more like twin size than two queens. we didn’t have tables or a closet. no breakfast just “sweet bread and coffee “, also the phone didn’t work and we didn’t have no lamps ! if it was this bad we shouldn’t have gotten charged as if we was staying at the Marriott !

The closeness to SeaWorld.

The rooms are literally under construction and still being booked to guests, which is a big no no. Additionally the pool was useless as it was green. The overall in construction mess is pretty sad

They did have a sign up saying that they were remodeling, however the room didn't look completed to me.

Supplies of remodeling in hallway. Could have been worse if there was an emergency.

the building is a hazard and a big liability. it should definitely be closed for further construction

Building under constriction! workers were still working past 11Pm. the tv was not working and I notified the staff and they stated they would send someone to fix it the following morning… I was only there for 1 night -_-

I cancel booking for hotel under construction and paint smell

We had to cancel booking because hotel was under construction and painting. Rooms were not ready and paint smell was present, construction materials in hall ways. We had no pre notice about this issue until arrival. That was an Inconvenience, because we had to cancel booking and look for a different hotel. Luckily we found one. I request free cancelation.

Terrible customer service by front desk person. Room dirty.

The front desk person was unavailable. I paid for the room and just waited while she talked to others, and then left the desk because her car was being towed. No other staff could give me a key to the room. The usb port didn't work, the cups in the room were used and dirty, shampoo bottle was used.

This place is being remodeled so it's definitely under some construction but it's a very nice place to stay.

Apparently the lady at the desk can't handle cash properly so my accidentals deposit was lost and I have still yet to receive it! I have been in contact with them about what happened but this could have been avoided all together.

The lady who was at the reception desk was helpful and nice . Also the man who was at the breakfast was so attentive and kind. Good customer service

The room's mirror was dirty. Like somebody put their greasy hands over it and nobody clean it. Also, they left 2 dirty towels behind the door. Just be more careful with these things. Also, No butter or cream cheese for breakfast..
