Clean and close to our route
No ice buckets in the room and we were told that was because people stole them!!
Also, shower would not stay on unless you held the bypass button all the time! Weird. Again told it was because it was so cold the pressure wouldn’t build up ???? Bc

The location was convenient and price was decent. (not enough room to finish the "didn't like" section so had to use this space as well.)
I typically NEVER submit a review over little things, but this stay left an awful taste in our mouths.
When I arrived, I was surprised to find the hotel in a state of remodel or possibly rebranding. I understand remaining open while remodeling can make things challenging, but there were no signs stating "remodel in progress" or anything explaining the construction.
When checked in at the front desk I was greeted by a smiley/friendly/ staff member and a somewhat unpleasant manager. I had made the reservation through a third party that listed the hotel as pet friendly. When I disclaimed my dog upon check-in, the manager gruffly stated "we no longer accepts pets but since wasn't taken off the description online, we'll have to accept it". The pleasant staff member checked me in but not once was there mention or explanation for the disarray of furniture (in the breakfast area) pushed in the corner making the space unusable or direction given to the tiny room the continental breakfast would be offered in the next morning - that was discovered by following our nose to the food. The floors that had dust, plaster and paint on them from the day, I assume, that housekeeping most likely would be addressing the next day. Again, all of that is completely understandable, but not once and explanation or apology. I literally felt like they were embarrassed and it was the white elephant in the room.
The suite we rented had a sofa sleeper in the living area and separate bedroom area - very spacious, updated and pleasing at first glance. As we settled in we found a random screw on the floor next to the bed and sheetrock or plaster dust against the wall under the nightstand. There was a random 6'-8' piece of wall trim leaning randomly against a wall. There was complimentary coffee and cups, but no coffee maker. In one of the garbages there was a used glove and a wall outlet was missing an outlet cover. The remote for the tv didn't have batteries and there were no linens for the sofa-bed. When I visited the front desk for linens and batteries, again, no apology, rather an "ok, I'll get you some".
So far, bad experience? Yes. However, I/we chalked it up to bad luck, rebranding construction and a manager having a bad day. Upon check-out, I pleasantly visited the manager at the front desk and offered a written detail about our stay explaining I wasn't trying to be rude but rather provide constructive criticism so she could address the issues they were clearly having. I was FLOORED when she read the list expressionless and nodded. THAT WAS IT!! No apology. Nothing. It was her chance to verbally make things right so I wasn't walking away dissatisfied. Nope, there was nothing - I'm pretty sure she didn't even make eye contact with me at check-in or check-out. I felt like it was an inconvenience to her that we even chose to stay there.
I have never been so irritated, disappointed and frustrated with my stay at a hotel - and I am understanding with mishaps as I'm in hospitality and know that things happen. This was so bad my husband started blaming me for the awful stay because I was the one that chose the hotel.

The property is located by a decent restaurant and close to the interstate.
The hotel was under renovation, which I understand but the smell of the wet carpets in the room was putrid. No complimentary waters for the room, in fact, no water other than their pitcher by the front desk.
Their website says pet friendly under certain circumstances yet my son was scolded for having our dog without even asking the circumstances.
Everything was in disarray and yet they charged as much as hotels that are nicely put together with all amenities.

Nothing good to say
I would not stay again. No AC or TV in our rooms. Breakfast was terrible and it wasn’t advertised that they were in a remodel. People up all night yelling and dropping the f bomb with my kids able to hear right next door. I think part of the crew doing the remodel.
3.4
Property is under renovation and is not quite ready for use.

The bed was comfortable and room was new and clean. Kids liked the pool but area was not kept up.
No a/c on 2nd floor had to be moved and even then it didn't work well. They were remodeling and there wasn't TV access or a hot breakfast. Same rate applied. Expensive. Nothing on website to say otherwise.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful considering the circumstances.
Notification the hotel was under construction. Cable had not connected yet, that would have been helpful to know.

Don't stay here! I can't believe they rent the rooms. It is under construction and the HVAC is not working. There is plastic sheeting up, the office is in the back in a bedroom and the breakfast is in a bedroom also. Our room was next to the block off of plastic sheeting (Is it safe?, what am I breathing?) The thermostat was set to 68 but the temp was 82 and still blowing hot air. We did not stay the night.

The room was clean and comfortable. Also was quiet. We have stayed here many times and really like this hotel, but the unexpected renovations really soured the experience.
Hotel was under significant renovations that was not noted at time of booking. Half the hotel was inaccessible and parking was difficult. Fitness center was closed. Breakfast was poor. A fine coating of dust was everywhere, but the staff did try to mitigate this. There was also a lot of construction debris near the elevator. Hot tub wasn't working well.

location
dirty from the construction

Big rooms, friendly staff
Hot tub was barley warm and has so much chlorine in it it burned my eyes. Construction everywhere, no continual breakfast like it says online. They had the last person who stayed in room used soap and shampoo..

was under construction
rooms not cleaned

There were ants in the room in the bathroom. And the hot tub and pools were so cold you couldn't even get in them

Everything was great with our room.
The breakfast area was a complete disaster. We went down around 8:30 for breakfast, and it just wasn't kept clean from the first morning rush. All the garbages were over flowing, the tables were a mess, the majority of items were all gone, the counter had spilled items on it, and it was just messy. What little food that was left was good but would have been nice if someone was keeping it clean.
3.4
Breakfast food was not refilled well, they ran out of coffee, creamer was gone.
Not very Clean and our room was over 2 HOURS late for check in. No offer to compensate when we complained. Garbages we're flooding over all weekend. Our bed was broken and uncomfortable.
3.4
Good parking, next to a good breakfast place. Room was big and clean.
Room temperature control wasn’t the best. Hot tub was not hot.
3.4
location, friendly staff
shabby room had to switch because tv was broken, new room had a really bad uneven bed
3.4
Next to the freeway
No TV in the room, lumpy uncomfortable beds, awful breakfast with no choices, not even half and half available, phone in the room didn't work, finally was moved to a room with a TV but it didn't work properly, lots of other little screw ups. What a dump! Avoid!!!

Nice people
Water in shower kept going ice cold then hot. Key kept loosing programming.... every night we returned to our room. Poor stocked breakfast bar.
3.4
Location and parking were good
some signs of wear in the room and hallway, elevator broke down and back door taped open
3.4
It is conveniently close to the soccer fields for our tournament.
The property feels a little run down on the inside, and it took checking into 3 different rooms before there was a room that didn’t have a broken air system or wasn’t still dirty from the previous guest.
The front staff felt bad and were apologetic but I felt I way overpaid for the quality of room and cleanliness of the whole hotel.
The breakfast was not very good either. The eggs looked gross and there wasn’t much of an option besides waffles, toast, and the nasty eggs.
3.4
Only stay here if you have to. The staff was super friendly but it seemed more like they were living there-- not working there.
3.4
The hotel was only 5 minutes from the soccer fields.
We didn't have the room we reserved available. We had to switch to a king bed. Thankfully my daughter is 11 and we made it work except the bed springs were garbage and so uncomfortable. That's a bed from a budget hotel.
Breakfast was so disappointing. Granted, kids made the mess but no one was cleaning up or restocking. People had the trash cans. There were only small plates available so people were using 2 or 3.
Definitely not worth $175 for a night.
3.4
Nothing although the manager and service staff tried to be helpful.
Air conditioner didn't work. Had to change room. No pool. No jacuzzi. Iron was broken. No TV guide to find channels. Too long to check in.
3.4

card keys did not work for entry into room. had to always go to desk to get assistance
