Buon soggiorno a Helena

C'era in corso una convention, per questo motivo gli spazi erano occupati da tante persone. Però l'hotel è grande e non ne abbiamo risentito. Ci è stata offerta la colazione continentale, gratuitamente. Niente di che, ma abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza nell'offerta.

The gal at the desk was not very knowledgeable and our bathroom wasn’t very nice.

It was nice enough and clean.

The hot tub and pool were out of order. They put us at the end of the hotel on the second floor even though it was far from full. I think it’s because we got a good deal through Bookings.

Our stay was mediocre at best, very subpar. Not worth the value.

I liked it was quiet.

Pool was broken, not advertised. Room was dirty. Smelled like cigarette smoke in the hall ways. For the price the room was tiny. Pull out 2nd bed was advertised but not in the room. Photos shows back door to outside balcony that was not the room we got.

It seems that because I booked through booking.com, they reserve their worst rooms for those guests.

Breakfast was all prepackaged food.

Bathroom was quite dirty behind the door and on the baseboards

location it's a beautiful place love the stairs

the bed was not comfortable at all and the heat would not shut off it blew cold air all night and was noise. usually we don't have a problem this was the first

bedding was wonderful, room itself was lovey and clean ... Location was quiet and peaceful

The site showed a lovely breakfast .....the room was closed and the continental was a 3 out of 10

ok room but far too pricey for size/ amenities

Beautiful lobby with a lounge and breakfast area

Way overpriced for the value. Average room and very limited free breakfast. Coffee maker in room had molded coffee packet in filter basket that obviously hadn’t been cleaned. I could have gotten a better room elsewhere for at least $50 less.

I like the room and pool.

Clean room East check in and staff was pleasant Entry way is awesome

Rather pricey and you had to pay for breakfast. Neighbors were noisy and the walls are thin.

It was beautiful & very clean. The beds & pillows were very comfortable!

The breakfast was very simple. Only cereal & Danishes. I feel for the cost of the hotel & how nice it was, the breakfast should have been much better.

Disappointing. Will not return

Bed and rooms were comfortable.

Room smelled of stale smoke from a past guest. Brunch was $16.95 and for that price you got a cold breakfast and no service, just an employee dropping off the bill. No decaf coffee. Lounge food poor and no coffee in lobby!

This hotel was clean, comfortable, decent location with ample parking, dishonest staff

The service was great. Kind staff. Comfortable bed, clean room and grounds.

The shower water pressure is weak and the drain in the tub was either clogged or drains really slow. The soap and shampoo were low grade. I left my wedding ring there in the room by accident and it was not returned. The front desk was kind and seemed to be responsive in this situation but ultimately my ring was not found. Assuming the cleaning staff found it and took it.

not worth $236 a night…..

Our king room was large and clean. Front desk was helpful and cleaning crew .

Charge $16.95 for breakfast. Coffee in your room but not enough. They don’t offer coffee in the lobby in the morning. Indoor pool area needs to be fixed and updated. it looks like pieces of the wall have cement patches all over it. The hot tub needs to be scrubbed. This might be a 2 star hotel. This is not worth $236 per night. It is dated and needs renovations.

The bathroom wasn't the cleanest... The carpet could of been a little cleaner as well in the room.

Superb

This property is very clean, and somewhat updated for an older property. There's a bar and restaurant on site. This is nice as it a bit out of the way from downtown. It was really quiet.

The property is really big, lots of rooms. Our room was way far in the back. It was a long walk to the lobby.

Beautiful place, we got there, some reason toilet was plug, went to front desk and they sent a guy to fix it and he came right away, every one was nice, i would stay there again
