Location close to New Bedford
No breakfast was served despite being told at booking this was included. The room smelled, security lock on door didn’t work, using the shower was unwieldy due to handicapped chair which did not fully fold up, bedside light didn’t work, coffee pot didn’t work, parking was exceptionally difficult.

Convenient location for the Whaling City Traithlon.
I was in town for a triathlon. We paid extra for a suite which was unfortunately right next to their outdoor bar/ venue that had live music until 11PM, making it impossible to get any sleep until they stopped playing. We asked to change rooms but they said they were fully booked. No breakfast option available. Ice machine near our room was broken. AC barely cooled off the room to a comfortable temperature. Not worth the money in my opinion.

The bed was super comfy, the Deluxe Suite had a newly renovated bathroom and great marina views. Saturday night there was live music at the waterfront bar just outside our room. It was very hot and humid, so after eating, we sat on our couch, looked out the windows, and listened to music. Bear in mind if you have all the drapes open for the view, you are in a fishbowl; large comfortable suite and views of marina, waterfront bar, band, ducks, gulls, and bridge traffic were worth it.
The air conditioners were Extremely noisy and didn't cool the room well; hot, humid, and stuffy or cold and very noisy. The bathroom didn't have towel racks or a soap dish in the shower. We put this down to "under renovation". Ice maker near our suite and only vending machine were broken. No breakfast, but a Dunkin' just down the road. We had a fantastic breakfast at Tia Maria's in downtown New Bedford - fantastic!

Location was great
Wallpaper was falling down, no smoke detector, was only wires hanging. No coffee/creamers in room or main lobby. Staff were great. Room was old, worn and cost same as refurbished.

Our room had small flies in the bathroom on the towels and walls, flies were also in main sleeping area. There was also tooth paste or something that looked like tooth paste splattered on bathroom wall, the very nice girl at the front desk brought us to another room which had a very strong musty odor, the next room we moved to had a very strong odor of cigarette smoke which was very strong in the hallway and spread into the room, we opened the window and the window fell out into the room. The cigarette smoke was so strong it caused me to have respiratory issues.

Location
Room not cleaned. No notice that it wouldn't be. Staff brusk. Unexpected resort fee though no resort facilities (pool, spa etc.) open.

The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean.
But apparently the TVs had been changed to Smart TVs, though many not programmed. I had less than half a dozen (local) channels, where the laminated channel guide said 49. I called the front desk, and fortunately Tariq offered to come and investigate, discovering the programming issue. He diligently and patiently spent at least 30 minutes programming the TV, but he shouldn't have had to do that. It was extremely nice of him.
The room smelled overwhelmingly like mildew. Walls also had groups of deep black gashes and marks about waist high. Also, the toilet was not properly secured to the wall and would rock forward with a thud each time (I weigh only 112 lbs., so it is not about weight). Additionally, I was not told this was a handicap room, which is normally quite fine, except the shower/tub had been completely retrofitted to be a sit down shower with an uncomfortable pull-down seat that looked like metal pipes welded together. This was my second stay there (for convenience and being pet-friendly), and each time staff was noticeably sullen and cold. Front desk people look like really unhappy employees (perhaps they are), as though they are scowling, and no one welcomes you when you get there, or asks how your stay was when you check out. In fact they barely look at you at all.

may have caught legionella pneumonia there.

Was nice having a lobby area where we were able to meet and talk late without keeping others up.
Found out hot tub no longer offered only after we paid. Also continental breakfast was poor.

Loved the location. Room was very nice. The clerk got us a first floor room.v
The curtain gave us no privacy from the worker outside our window.

Location. Marina. Food trucks and entertainment.
Room smelled musty. Had to change rooms as toilet leaked. They are doing renovations but have not yet updated the rooms. Had trouble with room keys. Front staff was lackluster.

The breakfast was average, should have provided waffle or premade breakfast sandwiches

The hotel had its best days. Needs a refurbishment.
The gym was really dirty - we did not dare to use it.
Staff not particularly friendly.

The tub and shower was not clean to my standards. They are doing construction so the noise and dust was on the same floor as our room. The soda machine was out of most items. Other than that, the staff was great. The location even better. The live band and food was not a bother. Even better the price was great.

This hotel felt dirty overall. The rugs in the hallway are old and not clean, the room smelled of dogs (dogs are allowed), the paint colors are dark and dingy (brown bathroom, dark blue room). Upon returning to our room at night, a drug addict slipped in the side door, and there were parties all night. Upon awaking, I found empty beer bottles outside my room. The bathroom floor felt slimy. Simply a very bad experience. And the breakfast was AWFUL, don't bother.
Everything.
