Pleasant

Good value... if you just need a place to sleep and have dogs, can't beat it.

The air conditioning didn't work at all... and given it being summer in Nevada, plus the record heat wave that pushed the temps well into the 100's... it was an issue. It was so hot it was impossible to sleep... I ended up getting up around 4 am... moving my car so that it would be shaded by a tree once the sun came up, and slept out in the car until like 7:30 because it was so much cooler.

Bad

Very dirty rooms. Immediate refund. Stain on PLASTIC chair. Easy to wipe off if they cleaned the room. Also urine stains dripping do the toilet. No soap. People living there working on cars right outside our room. Pool drained. Bad experience.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

People were living there and had a BBQ late at night. Kids were running around screaming until 11:00 pm. They were behind on cleaning rooms so they were cleaning the room above me at midnight. Vacuuming and bumping into furniture. Don't plan on much sleep if you stay here.

The hot water was great when it was working

The room was dirty, fridge was dirty, smelled like cigarettes eventhough it was a non smoking room, tv and phone did not work, people and kids were screaming up and down the sidewalk.

Stay literally anywhere else. Disgusting room, Freezing shower, Dirty bathroom.

The staff was friendly, and honestly did try their best. I wish I could say more that I liked.

The bathroom had not been cleaned and was disgusting. The shower curtain was held up with shoestrings. There was garbage on the floor in the bedroom. The security latch on my door had been broken off so I couldn't use it. There was no soundproofing, so I woke up multiple times throughout the night. The first pillows I had had holes in them and stuffing was coming out. The microwave had food splattered all over the inside of it. The shower pressure was absolutely horrible, it just trickled out, and the water was freezing. There was no shampoo provided. The floor was sticky through the whole room. Water was dripping on me from vents in the bathroom. The ceiling light didn't work in the bedroom. And on top of that, I had reserved a room for 2 beds, and they only gave me one. I asked for my money back and they refused.

I could not get any sleep and felt dirty after I showed there that night and had to try and take one

That there was a attempt to have you happy with you staying.

That the one time I stayed in a room and had to lean off a big bug before I could set on the bed and it bit my girlfriend

Staff was friendly

Paid for a room with AC and no AC. Checked in and was told we would have towels soon, never got towels after asking 3 times at one point was told 20 minutes and never happened and asked again this morning and he kinda laughed at us and they don’t have any. So you couldn’t shower, room was hot as you know what, beds really bad and noisy. False advertising when it stated “ air conditioning”

Blood stained bed was comfortable 🤣 Bring a sleeping bag and Lysol

Well, so far no rash.

Absolutely disgusting. 1st room had Trash in the garbage can, dirty towels in the tub, black hairs on the toilet seat, dirty shoe prints on the floors, unknown white substance on the dresser and no deadbolt on the door and smelled like a hot gym sock. So, I asked to be moved. Second room was less disgusting. Only had blood or some other nasty substance on the white sheets and dirty floors, but it did have a security lock (which is good because the dead bolt was broken) AC was broken in both rooms, just blowed hot air and window only opened a few inches. Traveling for business and arrived there late at night. If I hadn’t been so exhausted I would gone somewhere else.

Problem with room

The staff was willing to accommodate us when each room x3 was not right

1st room was freezing even tho the heater was on high 2nd room one of the beds was not made 3rd room the tv did not work 4th room was ok except the phone did not work and not enough towels/washcloths but we did stay in that room for the night

Exceptional value for money.

The location - it was quiet all around and inside the motel, had a great 2-nights' sleep. The expanded cable - really enjoyed the ESPN channels and caught a couple of great movies too. Everything else was updated, working like a charm and the room was spotlessly clean.

The wifi was down.

Staff was nice and no charge for pets.

No hot water, mini fridge, microwave, or ac.. bed was comfortable.. and they didn't charge for pets which was nice.. but no hot water after 15+++ min was VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I will never stay at motel 6 again, especially in Elko, NV

Nothing. I am never staying at a motel 6 again.

The floor was filthy, my feet were totally black from the dirt. The room was filthy. The towels in the room were wet, when we called for new ones nobody answered the phone. The maid’s cart was in front of the door, I had to move it to get into the room. The was not working. It was miserable. My husband kept on complaining. It was a miserable stay.
