Disappointing

Price. Desk staff was very nice.

I don't mind old so much as long as it is clean. Could have been cleaner. Needs new bed. I have stayed here 3 times before and I knew your pillows were poor so I brought my own but left it in the room on departure. When I called the next day and told them I left it they said it wasn't found! Really? It was in a gray pillow case! You use white pillow cases. Somebody lifted it.

Loved the three queens and space

Loved the extra bedroom. Tons of space. Loved having a restaurant on location. Great location as well.

One of the sinks didn’t work. Wallpaper was peeling. Needs updating for the price. There was trash if in different locations of the room so you could tell it wants cleaned thoroughly.

It sucked. Will NEVER come back to Gold Country Hitel and Casino in Elko, NV.

Nothing. The property is a “dump”. Basic things like carpeting, furniture pieces and the “building E” etc were is poor condition and are in bad shape. Booking.com has lost a certain its credibility with me for even listing such a bad property on its website.

See above. There is nothing we liked about the property/amenities of Gold Country casino.

The rooms were disgusting. We got a room and it was so gross and the bathroom door was broke and the toilet didn’t flush

location was good and it felt safe.

the room was very nice except the carpet looked old and dingy. the room was clean and the sheets and towels were excellent. the bed was also very comfortable.

Staff good. You co makes promises that cannot be kept nor do hey notify the hotel of requests.

We did not eat breakfast but from what I saw it looked good for a cold breakfast. Once we were in our room we were too exhausted to ho and explore plus it was in the evening.

Asked 4 bottom floor with lake view. YOUR ON LINE PEOPLE said we would get that when we arrive not so. On 2nd floor facing parking. Air conditioner did not work(opening doors through out night to get fresh air). Man staff gave a credit of aprox $9 for non working air. Apologized fir 2nd floor but were redoing 7 bottom floor rooms thus short. I advised readonly why we asked was 2 hip and knee replacement between us so taking luggage up stairs not good for us. So only took what wasnecessary. Our friendly man advised us that they did not get any such notice that us asking and would be getting our request for bottom floor from booking.com. We will not be booking thru u again nor any other on line company in our future travels we will call direct to hotel/motel. WE tried to cancel but would have to call or email your company but we were tired upset and who knows if we could have reached you and gotten our dollars back. Never again

The security people are very uninformed on policies. Plus your pool was booked with a private party We had kids with us and there was nothing to do for them
