Nothing, it has a bad smell and I would’ve rather slept in my car.
The smell, it smelled like smoke.

Convenient to where I needed to be
They were remodeling. Dirty, loud. They charged me another $20 for checking in 2 hours early. Never had someone do that before. Either you can check in early if it's ready or you can't. I've never been charged for that. And it was pouring rain outside so we couldn't go do anything at the time was why we checked in early. Very disappointed.

Easy to find. Not far from restaurants.
All in all it wasn’t a terrible stay. The staff could pay a bit more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning the rooms. Also the beds weren’t very comfortable. Like I said all and all not terrible but I good scrubbing and some cosmetic updates would go a long way.

Staff were all very nice and accommodating. Comfy bed. Quiet room. Lobby was nice and clean.
The place could use a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was ok. Wish there was bacon. The eggs tasted odd.

I checked in late due to flight delayed, got to the room (room 309) on 06/14 around 2.30am in the morning and the room was smelling like someone has been smoking in the room (room was suppose to be a non-smoking room), bathroom was smelling of urine, also had so many human hair everywhere on bathroom floor. I complained to the lady at the front desk and she said there's nothing she can do about it because it was too late to get someone over to clean the place. I had to literally cleaned the toilet seat with shampoo soap that I saw in the bathroom and I used water to rinse the seat in order for my wife and I to be able to use and seat on the toilet seat in the bathroom because the toilet seat had some yellow stains that looks like urine as well. Spoke to the lady at the front desk in the morning again when heading out for the conference I was in Texas for on the 14th of June and she promised she will let the manager know about my complain and that the room will be cleaned before we are back from the conference later at night. I came back to the hotel 12 hours later and nothing was cleaned in the room or the bathroom so I had to go back to the front desk again to complain again and the lady said the cleaners usually come by to clean on only certain days so I had to go to a nearby store to go get air freshener in order to be able to sleep in the hotel room I paid for, I asked the lady at the front desk If she can change my room and give me another room and she said all the room are filled. Had to sleep in the room and use the same bathroom that the has urine and human hair everywhere in the bathroom. The next morning again I lodged a complain to the new lady I saw at the front desk and she promised she will personally go over to the room to ensure the room and bathroom get cleaned and that all the sheet and towels would be changed.

The lobby was clean and bright with comfortable chairs. The breakfast area was clean, nicely set up and spacious. My room was clean and comfortable.
I was given a room located on the balcony over the lobby. There should not be a room there as it is noisy when people come in after bed time. I needed to use the pillows from the second bed in front of the door to keep noise at a minimum .

Very clean and the breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly.
They have recently remodeled and the bathroom door was hard to open and for sure hard to unlock.
Other than that...it was a great stay

Location was good
Was not aware it was under construction, shower smelled like mildew, Friday morning our room didn’t get serviced. Every time we went to the front desk nobody was there.

Good
Woke in the morning on the 4th day and couldn't take a shower because the water was ice cold. The lady cleaning rooms wasn't very friendly. I asked for clean towels and she shoved them in my hand.

Best place I've stayed in a very long time that I would say all around a plus, very clean very quite great room with a continental breakfast that wasn't horrible at all, stayed here twice now and both times have been excellent stay so definitely worth the 15 or 20 minutes to drive over from Plano or highway 75 area,
If your staying in the general area definitely recommend giving them a stay!
Everything was great both times I stayed so nothing bad to say

Breakfast was not so good, bacon was turkey. Alot of children in dinning room. We paid to have our two dogs with us, and when we went out to dinner, we got a call from the hotel staff telling us one of our dogs was barking too much!!! So? What do you expect, if you can't deal with a dogs barking, do not offer this service. We were impressed with the lady in the front desk the next day we checked out, I forgot my hanging clothes in the closet of our room and she called to tell me she was holding them for pick up!! That was a good thing.
We went to dinner that evening, and received a call from the staff telling me one of my dogs was barking too much!? Really?, If the staff cannot handle a barking dog, then do not offer the service, we were not told ahead of time that, that sort of thing would be a problem,
