Worst Motel Staff and needs new Manager to actually train their staff better

What I didn't like is that now one told me to register each visitor, now I'm not the only person at this place where they come and go , so disrespectful and they didn't want to give the deposit back, the room was fine and nothing was broken when I left for class. I've had others tell me they have helped out other friend and gotten them the room for them to stay it was me and another guest , yes cameras were there and on but no one has ever not gotten their deposit back just because of guests in and out and never stayed over night. They need to train their staff better and learn proper Motel Customer service and proper hotel hosting. It seemed like the staff had amnesia couldn't even even remember the guest who asked for 2 beds and did not give me the booking.com room pricing. They had said to come back and get my 100 dollar deposit and then all of a sudden they switched and said I am on the do not rent list...for the 1st time when no one told me anything otherwise, and I had pad cash and they still tried to charge me after the fact I had paid then in full already.... They decided to call the cops because I was asking for my deposit which I paid 100 deposit cash and they were gonna return the next day at 1pm in the afternoon.

A una cuadra del estadio SoFi La cama con 4 almohadas El baño muy amplio Se ve muy segura y tranquila la zona A una calle del jack in the box, starbucks y gasolinera Al frente de la calle hay una tiendita Buen estacionamiento Tienen elevador Muy fácil de llegar Nos cobraron $45 dlls exta porque llegamos a las 11 am y el checkin es a las 3pm pero estuvo perfecto pq en el estadio cobraban $125 dolares. Aparte ya no tuvimos q mover el carro hasta el dia siguiente que nos fuimos Se deja un deposito de $100 dlls y al irte te lo regresan

Se escuchan los aviones pero solo fui una noche así que no fue relevante

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone,I manager was yelling at me to leave or she would call Cop

No breakfast

Manager Casey refused to give me back my $100 , accused me of animal poop on the bed, accused me of having a party, said she had pictures && video but refused to show me, she made it all up, won't go again

It was a clean-cold room but smoky and not worth it against the price they charge for 3 nights

The room was okay and the AC was working very well. Nightstands with power sockets helped a lot. The room was clean as well. There was a little working refrigerator. The clothes area had extra hangers and the restroom also had a small hook to hang your towel. Mirrors are good and big. Parking was easy too.

Although it was claimed that the room was non-smoking but still every time we entered the room it was somehow smoky which is the bad part. The sink is super tiny and the drain was so bad. The entry door lock was super bad every time we had to insert the card key 10 times to make the lock light green so that it could unlock.

Will not be staying at a motel 6 again.

Location was decent.

Front desk was locked when we arrived at 7pm, had to call the office and no one answered but a moment after an employee came around the corner and unlocked the door. Was told no smoking was allowed in room but when we walked in the room it smelt like smoke and we traveled with our infant so we were beyond disappointed. AC was on at 60 degrees could not change temp nor would it turn off.

Everything. Bed was hard and so were the pillows. there was no soap in the room and to request some from the staff.

Size was good. And thank you to staff and cleaning service for a good job organizing and cleaning the room.

My shower/water pressure was horrible it kept going out and not working. Made it very difficult to keep hygiened.

Nothing extraordinary dirty I ask the and told the but they where full I hated it.

Dead roaches in the bed lives ones on the floor old pee left in the toilet, the whole room 142 smell like pee and meth the microwave had never been clean ever . Doors slaming all night long bearly got any sleep

Exceptional

Alex they front desk agent was extremely polite, very helpful and professional. I believe he is more than capable of running one of your properties in the near future! Another employee Yasmin, was very helpful as well and willing to resolve and offered a solution right away. Just like Alex,Yasmin is a big asset to your Organization. Their pride towards their work is refreshing.

Customer service is not consistent. Although Alex and Yasmin are impeccable. Other Front Desk employees are not in tuned to what "Customer service" is all about.

Front desk staff was friendly

Room smelled of smoke/weed. Requested a new room. Second room still smelled, though not as bad. General cleanliness was mediocre. Area was less than desirable. Room was way over priced for having no amenities, being stinky, and being fairly unkempt.
