ロケーションが良かった。
事前に、3部屋分、各部屋ごとに支払うと連絡していたのに、代表者へ全額請求してきたこと。
宿泊を終えてから、既に3週間以上経つのに、未だにデポジット請求がキャンセルされていない事。

Tge bedsheets were clean. The bed comfort was good. The breakfast was included. The parking was free!
There were not healthy options for breakfast. Coffee didnt taste good at all. Breakfast was not quality. The omlete was too salty.
The toilet paper holder was broken. There was only one toilet paper for 3 people! Pretty frugal.
The front desk guy was not speaking clearly. My family and I had a hard time understanding him when checking in.
The pillows were a little too thin or soft.

4.1
Nice hotel, quiet and friendly
A bed sheet was left on the floor in front of my room from night to day. Don't know what happened, it looked not tidy.
4.1
The bed was very comfortable, and clean. The room and bathroom was relatively clean for the US, the people cleaning it did a great job. The hotel is close to the highway and you're super fast at Disneyland or the Convention Center, without having to pay the prices close to that places. I liked that they had filtered hot water in the lobby, so you could get a proper tea at all time (I travel with my own organic tea and did not try their offer)
Breakfast was typical American. I have a lever disease and can't eat that poisoned artificial food people enjoy in the US in general without running into problems, but they offered bananas, I could eat. Of course they don't use modern 1st world windows anywhere in the US, so I could hear the highway, but it was not a problem, as I was very tired anyway and slept well in the comfortable clean bed. The US likes to produce mountains of plastic and paper trash, so it was no surprise that they only offered paper dishes & cups and plastic flatware - nothing for young generations or kids that wanna save the planet for future generations.

Very good

The staff was kind.
10-15 minutes by car (Lyft or Uber) or drive car from the south coast plaza.
Poor sound insulation, breakfast was almost unchanged. No 24-hour tea/coffee is available. Have to stay more than 5 consecutive nights to clean the room (housekeeping). 8 minutes walk from Jack (hamburger) & shoes outlet, but......passers-by will roar and scream when passing this road.

Good location, clean room, service and breakfast was very good.
4.1
It was close to where we needed to go for new years, it had free breakfast, it was quiet.
The room was a bit lackluster, the bathroom shower needed updating, didn't look too clean and was missing soap.
4.1
Clean, large rooms, nice views…
Lots of ambient noise like traffic and things.

Location was awesome, staff were friendly, breakfast was good, everything was very clean!
We had a hard time getting help, needed a refill in body wash never got it, had to wait a long time to get pillow cases.

They got the room on the floor where we wanted it
We were looking forward to our stay there. But the first night was absolutely terrible. The wall beside the bed would bang and swish sound from every time someone flush the toilet, this went on every 10 to 15 minutes all night long second night was the same no sleep and exhausted. We let the staff know with no other response then they’re sorry to hear that. we will not stay there again.

Breakfast was decent. Lots of choices appealing to many dietary preferences.
The bed was very comfortable.
Television channel selection/options was below average.
Staff were helpful, courteous, pleasant.
Lack of hooks for hanging robes towels in the bathroom. There was only one on the bathroom door, and it was used to hang the hair dryer. Chairs in the main room were not comfortable.

Comfortable room

Nice spacious room, very comfortable bed. Shower with a detachable shower head. Very clean, no bad smell like in some of the other ones. Wasn’t able to check out the pool
Minor stuff (eg keys didn’t work on 2nd day); price was fairly high. No responses on my questions through booking.com

Breakfast was good. Location is beginning to look run down.
Front desk staff was rude and not helpful at all. Our room had a congested humid smell.
4.1
The room and bed were comfortable.
The hotel itself was nice, but the surrounding area was not. Thankfully there was presence of a security guard sometimes, but the area didn’t feel safe.
Also, the breakfast was not as nice as other Holday Inn’s. The waffle machine was down. It was small and didn’t feel well maintained.
4.1
The cleanliness, and how quiet it was at night.
I didn’t feel safe walking out to the convenience store.
4.1
The hotel was convenient to get to and had free parking. The room was the one we booked and had a nice view of the city on the 5th floor. It was clean. They had an easy check-in and check-out process. The water pressure was great in the bathroom and shower. The security was adequate both in reference to personnel and devices in the room. Television channels were good, and the WiFi was fast and easy to connect. The beds were very comfortable. The lighting was good once we figured out to put one of the key cards in the slot by the door to get all of the lights and outlets to work.
Our room faced First Street, and there was a lot of street noise even with the balcony door closed. The hotel is near a police and fire station. The thermostat worked fine, but it was tricky getting the right temperature in the room. We were either too cold or too warm. Soundproofing could be better. I could hear one of the other rooms (I think it was the floor above us) urinating in the toilet and vomiting in the morning before we had the TV on or other noise to distract us. The breakfast was not as expected. Even though the food was in warmers, it was cold, and the pancake machine was broken. Also, it was crowded in the breakfast area. Only 1 elevator was working and was shared with staff. (I don't mind sharing the elevator with staff. The staff was courteous and kind, but when there is only 1 elevator and staff is going up and down with carts and other things they need to do their jobs, it is inconvenient for the guests.

This was our second stay at this location within 5 days. It was our stop before and after a 5 day cruise out of Long Beach, CA. This time, we stayed on the 6th floor facing the pool. The room was a good size and clean. The beds were comfortable. The lights still required a card in the slot by the door to function fully. The pool was very nice, clean, cool water, and towels were provided at the pool. Free parking was a plus! Good security personnel and devices. The TV had a lot of good channels and worked great. The beds were clean and very comfortable. We did not try the breakfast this time because we wanted to get up and leave early to beat the traffic. Being on the pool side, we did not notice the traffic noise as much this time. The staff is very friendly and kind! At 5 a.m., it was EASY onto the freeway and getting out of L.A. on a Saturday morning.
We had some neighbors this time who were very loud and going in and out of their room until after 11 pm. and letting the door slam shut. They were talking and laughing very loudly, and we were trying to sleep early since we were driving 12 hours the next day, starting at 5 am. We did finally get some good sleep after I got up and knocked on their door at 11 pm. They didn't answer, but they got the message. The second elevator was still out of order (we stayed here 5 days before) and there was a bit of a wait for it a couple of times.

breakfast was good and plentiful.
Fire alarm on first day, yet no alert given to visitors. One elevator out for entire stay which made quite a wait and inconvenient.
4.1
I liked that the hotel had your basic amenities that worked.
There were several repairs needed at the hotel. The pancake maker worked one day then was out of order the rest of the week. One elevator was out of order then the other was out for 5 hours in the middle of me washing clothes on the 10th floor. We never received enough towels for the day and when we ran out of soap to wash it took them 4 days to replace it and the sheets were never changed and we had to call for housekeeping. I felt like I paid too much for a hotel that gave us bare minimum service.
4.1
Fast check in and room was clean.
Bed in room 611 was not as comfortable as in other rooms. I’ve stayed at this hotel about 6 times and the beds are usually very comfortable
4.1
Very modern and aesthetic. Room had amazing furniture. Restroom was big and bright. Tall building with high view of the city. Building is small so not a lot of walking to get to my room. Evaluator is conveniently in the middle of all the rooms.
The bathroom door design was a bit inconvenient to get back and forth to the fridge and microwave, wish they used sliding doors instead.
