Homeless Man Smoking Meth & Masturbating in Hot Tub at 4am & Staff/Security/Police Do Nothing

There was a homeless meth addict in the pool at 4am & for over 2 hours staff, security, nor the police did anything, even after he began publicly masturbating. He was fully clothes in the pool talking to himself, holding up a meth pipe like it as a glorified object, & began touching himself while starring at me, then began full on masturbating in the hot tub. I called the front desk multiple times, no answer. I called the police twice over the course of an 1 hour, they never came. I watched this man while waiting for the police for close to 2 hours - they never came. Security finally arrived & ideally stood by & simply called the police. Meanwhile my 8 year old daughter was asleep just 50 feet away in our room. I'm disgusted at the idea that she could have woken up to witness this train wreck of a situation that hotel staff, hotel security, & the police did NOTHING to address. After almost 2 hours the guy walked off on his own. This hotel is awful.

I have had better. Won’t be back.

The room was very clean and nice.

Lots of noise, the bed was hard as a rock, the people that shared a back wall with my room had their tv up so loud, until midnight, I could hear exactly what the were watching. There was people that were doing laundry at all times of the night.

Canceled my reservation for no good reason. I asked why and they told me that due to my card. No other explanation. I told them I had no where else to stay and they just brushed me off. I was traveling with my 2 year old and had to look for another place to stay last minute. Horrible services.

No Hair dryer & Extremely loud AC & noisy neighbors

Clean

They had placed two televisions in a single-bed room, yet failed to provide a hair dryer. Despite closing the windows, the noise from the super noisy neighbor was still audible. Furthermore, the noise produced by the air conditioner and ventilation fan was excessively loud. Whenever these units were activated, it would disturb everyone's sleep. Even worse, I found myself being awakened in the middle of the night due to the noise from the neighboring air conditioner. It certainly affected the overall quality of our stay.

Both adults having to show their ID to check in. I can understand if it was 2 different rooms but we were in the same room. We had 2 tvs in our room and only one worked

Liked the location

The person that checked me in was very kind and courteous. however, when I arrived to the room, I noticed cigarette burnt marks on the cover sheet then I noticed that there were black marks on the actual sheet. there was no actual blanket, just a cover sheet and a normal white sheet with stains on it. see pics in the morning at 8am when I asked if I could get some conditioner delivered, because there was none in the room, it took 20 rings to answer the phone. so I called back 10 minutes later and spoke to someone who was very rude and told me all they had was a shampoo and conditioner together and if I wanted it, I needed to “come downstairs to the lobby and get it.” later in the morning I called to notify the front desk that I was checking out and all they said was ” what room number?” I gave the room number, they said “OK bye ” I feel like the staff needs to be trained more to be courteous to the guests, and not use a rude tone of voice

Enjoyed our stay and we will be back again!

The front desk staff is outstanding, especially Patricia who was so helpful with some complication with our reservation. she went way out of her way to help us. really appreciated all the outlets and charging on both sides of the bed Enjoyed the breakfast! Very good value with free parking and pet friendly!

The rooms could use a bit of updating, the bed was too hard for our liking.

staff was great. really nice when you check in

tv didn’t work well and I had a horrible time with my card to get in to my room. the handle was worn out and the card didn’t read properly. was stuck outside at 1am when we got back from our trip
