The staff lacked personality. Not rude but not friendly.

Bed was clean and smelled good.

Floor was very dirty. Mattress was hard. Alot of nose in hallways throughout the night. Train went through 4 times during the night.

We had a great time!

Cool room. Nice pool and hot tub. Pet friendly. Close to where we were going. Easy to find.

The shower wasn't great and the sink kept clogging up.

It was a fair stay I came to work I worked and the local red lobster was phenomenal and the pool!

I like the staff and the pool

The location was great.

It wasn’t very clean. Lots of pet fur in the room and in the bedding. Walls in bathroom were disgustingly dirty. Very outdated and not well cared for.

Looking forward to my next stay at this location, hopefully soon!

The location was perfect. I felt safe staying here with my 2 kiddos for a little get away. The assistant manager is whom Checked me in and she was sooo sooo nice and welcoming.

I didn’t like that I had to pay extra for a room to have a refrigerator. I am very travel friendly and love an impromptu get away on a budget. I thought it was a little silly that it was an up charge to have a fridge, but my kids and I surely used it and got the monies worth for our stay.

Front desk staff friendly and lodgings adequate for a one night stay.

Michael at the front desk was excellent. Property conveniently near highway.

I left my brand new Apple iPhone charger plugged in between the two beds but when I called to say I would be back to pick it up, no one could find it. Also didn't like the train noise all night long. Would have preferred a room on the other side of the hall which I know was available. We did not ask to change though as we were not aware of the trains until settled into bed and the little one had already fell asleep.

Enjoy it and close to where we needed to be.

Clean, pet friendly, nice pool, very quiet being on a busy area. Would stay there again. Had a party the next day which made it good and close for us to get too.

Dirty and not worth the price.

Location met my need.

Very dirty including lobby, hallway, elevator and my room. Room smelled. Did not feel safe. Dogs barking at all hours. Located next to a railroad that had a train roll through and blow their horn multiple times during the night.

The cost was outrageous! $200!!! No breakfast. We came to sleep and we left in the morning.

Will pay more to go somewhere else!

Hot tub and pool were nice! Better than some hotels. They were great temperatures and well maintained. Towels way too small!

Beds horrible! No variety of creamer for coffee! No refrigerator, but it is a motel! No bottles of conditioner or shampoo. Not very clean!

The location to highways

This place smelled like an ashtray in the hallway. There were some shady characters running all around the place including a guy using drugs in the parking lot. I’m surprised I had a vehicle in the parking lot in the morning. Never again will I stay here.

Comfortable bed,. The pool. mini fridge. microwave. Food options. Pool hours. It meets the description.

No smoking room, you can hear doors on the same floor open and close, Ice only one first door, only one entrance door. Kinda pricey.

Disappointing

Staff were mainly pleasant.

The room had garbage and dust balls in room. Room walls were extremely thin could hear everything our neighbors were doing.

miserable!

clean, no carpet in rooms, beds comfortable firm but comfortable.

no hair dryer, no fridge, came in from Cedar Point 1 am. my son’s room did not shut automatically you had to push it. my room we could not get in. went downstairs 4 times. it’s a long story and took 1.5 hours to fix. my son went early to hotel. he opened my room, when it closed the latch flipped over causing us not to get in. the problem was the hotel thought someone was in there. so we didn’t realize what happened till next morning. I know this is crazy. so the point is the doors need to be replaced and the latch. the workers need to know for sure what rooms have been occupied. we had to get room way down hallway away from my son’s room. not happy. I only got a slight refund, if I actually get it.
