Good location but dated and overpriced.

Dated. Hallways were tacky. Pool area very small and smelled terrible. Very expensive. Not worth the price.

Good location and with affordable prices.

Location to the hot springs was great. The continental breakfast was good with lots of options.

There was not enough staff to keep up with the high volume of guests for breakfast. The property seemed a run down and quite dirty in common areas. Most elevator buttons were broken or light was burnt out. Room could have used more hooks for hanging wet towels and swim wear from the pool.

A great hotel for families

The hotel is beautiful, rooms big, and the amenities were amazing.

The parking situation was not great. The wifi was terrible. There was no bath mat in the shower and it was very slippery.

Worse hotel ever

Staff waiting outside room at 10am when we got back from breakfast, when it clearly states check out is 11am. They started cleaning room next door at 9am which wokes us up, very unprofessional, staff are rude, disrespectful & no help whatsoever.

Tv and desk chair were solid. Desk chair had good support. Luggage carts were really helpful.

Shower head leaked. Install more power plugs on desk.

Comfortable stay in the heart of Glenwood Springs

This looked like a relatively new property near the Glenwood Springs Resort. The room was very comfortable and convenient to the outside, which was important as we had our retriever with us. Breakfast was excellent - lots of variety. There was a small pet area at the edge of the parking lot, which was helpful. Walking distance to the downtown area and its several brewpubs was a plus too!

Nothing Special ... you sort of know what you are getting before you arrive.

Great welcome at reception from a new Manager who was charming, funny, welcoming and made us feel special onm arrival.

Sadly we ddin't see much of her again and the hotel is desultory, anonymous, bland and without personality. The brerakfast was a little better than average ....

I would honestly enjoy my money back.

I liked the complimentary breakfast.

Multiple times we had asked for our room to be cleaned, and it wasn’t. The price ended up being very expensive compared to what it was supposed to be.

No outdoor landscape. It would be nice to have a nice sittings with some greens. The pool was too small. Outdoor pool will be a great addition

Everything was great. Staff, breakfast, quiet room. Parking was ridiculous. Not enough space probably because of the restaurants. Not very many spaces available due to that.

Proximity to the springs, pet friendly, and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding! The staff was great for the most part.

The cost of my stay went from $177 online to $249 after all the taxes and fees. After I think about this, I believe that I should have rated my stay an 8.

Over all, we had a great time here. We were not disappointed with this hotel at all.

Very clean and updated. Nice clean room and bathroom are nice. Perfect location. Just right off I-70, not hard to find. You can literally walk to the Glenwood Hot springs which we came here for. You can also walk to their nice little town center with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was great with lots of choices.

The place was great. I just didn’t feel that welcoming hospitality from the staff during check in. My 13 year old even commented “I think she didn’t like her job.”
