Okay for a quick stop

Lovely aesthetic and appearance from the outside, like a little cottage. The room had a big fridge which is helpful to store food and water whilst on a road trip. A short walk to the hot springs

The bathroom was very tiny and squashy for my tall boyfriend, and the water pressure not so good. Opened a window for ‘fresh air’ rather than turn on air con - but window faces some rubbish bins from the business next door so due to the odour couldn’t keep it open

Not worth the money

Very old, needs updating. Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were flat. Tissue was one ply and very cheap. The windows didn’t lock, the microwave was on top of the refrigerator and it was leaning towards one side.

Cozy quaint and good quality for the money

Very quaint and cottage like. Good walking distance to all attractions and downtown.

Beds were hard and pillows were basically nonexistent.

Comfortable, quiet, clean affordable place to stay.

Like outside entry into room. Enjoyed historic atmosphere especially the shower, awesome.

The bed needs 4 pillows. Also ran out of TP and no blow dryer to use.

Treated Poorly

The rooms were pretty musty. Would rather pick a different location based off the way we were treated by staff. Not very friendly considering we booked in advance. They tried to kick us off the property over alleged marijuana smells. Not very professional. Spend money elsewhere !

The way staff members treated us was not acceptable. Would have gotten refund and stayed at different location if it was possible but unfortunately, we would've been charged regardless. Spend your money elsewhere your peace of mind will thank you!

Very quaint hotel with very friendly accommodating staff. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again

Great location just of the interstate. Close to many restaurants and hot springs. Loved the Bavarian look of this hotel. Very friendly staff at check in and checking out. We stayed two different nights in two different rooms. The 2nd time we stayed they let us check in earlier than expected. Both rooms were lovely and had nice views of the mountains.

On the 2nd time we stayed during the night the shower rod fell down and woke us up. We were able to put it back up ans shower and let the front desk know when we checked out. I wish they had was a hair dryer. But fortunately I did have my own. Also the pillows were to flat and soft for our liking but made it work.

it’s was great for the price and I would stay there again.

I loved the flowers and stained glass windows that made the property look welcoming and the cleanliness of the room and area around the hotel. It was also quiet. I never heard my neighbors.

that the room didn’t have enough night stands and shelves in the bathroom to set things down on. as well as hooks to hang towels and items on in the bathroom.

It’s an okay stay for something overnight but for a weekend definitely not for us.

the location was great

the room was dusty! The room wasn’t the one we booked. Vehicles were broken in to and stolen. The shower drain was clogged you couldn’t really close the door.

Location is so convenient to walking to the pool or across the river to all the shopping!

They don’t make them like the Starlight anymore!! An oldie but goodie!

Adequate.

Check in was easy. The room was clean.

Couldn't get HBO as advertised. The price was hiked way up for the holiday weekend. We paid $275 or so for one night, when the usual price, I believe, is much, much lower. Not a good value for that much money.
