I'm permanently disabled! I didn't get breakfast any of the days I was there. How can you expect someone to dress and drive to another building daily for a biscuit sandwich? Its nonsense! I asked if someone could bring it to my room on my final day there. I said I would tip generously! I still got NO for an answer! Even asking at the end of the breakfast shift! Seriously?!! Why not?! I never went there to even eat! For a $200 per night room your amenities are horrible!
Along with the above statement, you also don't have any robes! Why not? They should be offered rather than flimsy thin towels getting out of the water in freezing cold! Again.. $200 per night.. you can afford to do much much more for your customers!! You don't even sell the darn things! No extra money was spent at your resort! Your gifts hope closed at 6pm!!! Why??!! Absolutely the worst for the money I spent to stay. Disappointing in so many ways. The water was wonderful. Thats about the only plus I found other than great employees!! My friend ended up in Valley View Hospital for the last 2 and a half days of our stay. No compensation of any kind was offered. No one even called or checked on my friend to see if she lived!!! The EMTs went above and beyond! They went back to check on her after she was taken from the Springs and admitted into a room at the hospital. It sickens me that not one person from your hotel even acknowledged her incident!! It was not a minor one! Next time I come back, I will likely chose another hotel. Your customer service skills as upper management really needs a whole lot of improvement! I spent a lot of money while I was there. Spent time alone.. but spent nothing at the hotel. Sad. Kudos to the guys in the safety room at the Springs! Those people deserve a raise and praise!

This is a great hotel if you are just in Glenwood Springs for the hot springs. Breakfast is acceptable. Location is great.
Booking.com didn’t give the hotel the correct information about our reservation (according to the hotel). This resulting in having to pay more upon check-in.

We loved how close it was to the springs and the amenities.
The room was a bit small, but it was very comfortable.

It's a decent walk outside to the springs and breakfast from the lodge.

We had a beautiful room with a view on the 3rd floor. The resort is directly across the street from the hot springs. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. For dinner we walked over the bridge to the town and ate at Pullman's, which is excellent.
The one thing about the resort I don not like is they have a plaque about the history of the resort. It says the hot springs use to be occupied by the Hot Springs Native tribe and that they agreed to a treaty to leave their land and home to live on a reservation. That is a total lie. How could they put that on there? We all know that they were forced to sign the treaty because they would kill their family and people. We all know that North America was stolen by the white man and the natives were forced to reservations. I would take that lie off your wall, or tell it like it really went.
We made a reservation for 9:30am and waited over an hour for our food. The food is very bland and flavorless.

The patio with the rack and view.
The service door that was by our room. Staff was NOT noisy but just the opening and closing of door could be heard

Its a great hotel. The staff was welcoming and friendly. It a great location with the hot springs and the Vapor caves a 3 minute walk! The pedestrian bridge is super close and it takes you across the river to the downtown area. Lots of places to eat, shop and drink. I put some photos on my Instagram Sealevel1
For me it was a little pricy BUT right in line with other hotels. Trust me i checked.

The property was located near the hot springs and the walk was relatively short.
I did not like that we had to walk across the property and street to obtain breakfast or decent coffee. It would have been nice to have coffee set up in the lobby.
