The theme was cute and there was a nice little grassy area in the center of the property. The front desk associate was extremely nice and helpful. I liked that I could park in front of my room.
First off. I was on a 3 day road trip. I called about 4 hotels in the area before booking to make sure I would know the pet policy/fees. I was told $20 and I asked the girl on the phone if that would be $20 for two dogs because I was traveling with two. She said it would just be $20. However. When I checked in I was charged $40. I didn’t complain or anything, but it was kind of upsetting because I didn’t have an inconsistency with the other locations I stayed at on costs. Which I would have been okay with if it was at least a good stay. I was exhausted, and just wanted to go eat and sleep. Which didn’t go very well for me.
Bed was uncomfortable, bathroom was fairly small, the sink faucet would spray all over unless it was barely turned on to trickle out, shower water had a hot or cold and no in between. The walls are THIN. I could hear the family in the room on the left, the mom was on the phone and then talking to the kids, and every thump and noise the kids were making. The European (French?)family that showed up later in the evening/night stood outside the doors talking very loudly and made it hard to try and fall asleep. Then as it got later I kept waking up all night from noises and I was honestly kind of creeped out like something was off about the place. My male dog who normally knocks out pretty quickly was on alert all night watching the door and I don’t even think he slept. Just sat/laid there all night quietly watching the door. I had drove 10-11 hrs that day and ended up with maybe 4 hours of interrupted sleep. Woke up for good at 3:50am. Called and let the office know I would be leaving early. Was gone in about an hour. That’s how bad it was.

Mid-century motel with parking outside each room. They even created lines between each space so doors could be opened without hitting car next to you. Old style outdoor chairs in front give it a definite “retro” feel. Inside is very spacious both depth and width. Very comfortable bed, good shower head and counter space. The theme of the rooms are designed around their number (I was in 1977 with Bee Gee and John Travolta disco pictures). They also use old fashioned room keys. Very creative, yet subtle and tasteful.
Nothing really. The physical layout is set back from main road giving some quiet, but requires learning to navigate your way around. No problem.

Very nice little, place. The staff was very friendly. They have a lounge for guests with a foosball and a pool table in addition to a large TV and various board games. Exceptionally comfortable beds. Great retro stuff everywhere. Highly recommended!

Flintstones). Alles mit Liebe zum Detail, sehr nett! Prima Lage zum Besuch von Mesa Verde, Abendessen fußläufig erreichbar.
Der Verpackungs-Einweg-Müll beim Frühstück, aber das war fast immer so....

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast offerings were a cut above what I was expecting. The restored 50s decor was authentic right down to the rotary dial telephone and the Elvis memorabilia on the walls.

Great room. Spotless. Breakfast offerings a bit on the skinny side, and exterior cleanliness of room entrance doorway areas unkempt. Could use a good sweep in front of every room.
