Super sejour

Hôtel en cours de rénovation mais notre chambre avait été refaite à neuf. Super petit déjeuner copieux : omelette saucisses pommes de terre gaufres etc. Personnel accueillant et dans le service

Cheap but inconvenient

They sold water in the lobby for just $1 per bottle.

There was Construction going on at the property, which blocked most of the parking spaces. It was a long walk from my room to my car. Also no elevator to my second floor room. .

Good spot in Cortez

Property is being renovated so rooms are clean and fresh New comfortable beds nice Breakfast available reasonable selection hot and cold Reception staff very pleasant their to make your stay enjoyable

Pas grand chose.

Le motel est en travaux. Pas de chambre en RdC ni d'ascenseur. Étant handicapé ce fut la galère. Nous avons lavé notre linge à la laverie. Les machines étaient sales. Quand au petit déjeuner, il était TRES petit.

Bon rapport qualité/prix, très proche de Mesa Verde.

Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Environnement calme (chambre coté opposé à la route) Bon emplacement à proximité de Mesa Verde NP. Bon rapport qualité/prix

Un peu de nettoyage sur les coursives d'accès aux chambres n'aurait pas été superflu. Contrairement à l'annonce de Booking, le petit déjeuner n'était pas compris car non disponible.

Great lodging underc$100,

The king bed was big and the room was a good size. Great location! Area was very safe!

A little dated. You could hear people walking by your room. It vibrated on the floor.

In & out, but nice people. Next time I’ll call on the pool since their listing wasn’t updated on a non refundable

Accross the street from a Walmart, gas station & Denny’s, which is handy!

Advertised a pool, reason we booked as son and I wished to swim after hiking parks. Arrived and pool is closed until after the 4th, 9 more days! On line listings we’re not updated to that fact. Breakfast is cereal (2 types), toast & yogurt. Oops, coffee & juice too.

I don’t think I’ll be staying there again

Bed was okay. Went to McDonalds for breakfast.

We stayed there two days the beds were not made when we came back they should’ve at least been made tiles should’ve been replaced and soap the floors were dirty could walk around without any shoes or socks.

Location and staff great, just need some attention to details in quality.

Desk clerk very friendly and helpful. Bed clean and comfortable. Good coffee quality, with condiments. Morning manager very open and friendly. Greeting customers is a nice touch.

Bathroom floor dirty. Dirt swept into corners. Dirty washcloth left over shower head. Mold under tub rim. Poor breakfast selection.

Good for one night. Front desk person was wonderful and manager/owner very interested in making us comfortable. Our 2nd room was clean comfortable and updated. Breakfast provided. Convenient location right off highway but room was quiet. Price was definitely right

Reviews I read were good talked about updated rooms. Our first room however was definitely not. Carpet was honestly disgusting. Im sure they work hard to keep it clean but! Staff lady at desk moved us immediately and it was very nice. Breakfast was yogurt and cold cereal. You don't expect much when this is included but this was worst ever. We frequently stay in Cortez on our way to visit family sometimes coming and going. Decided to try different place. Will not stay here again

Good rest, friendly welcome.

An exceptionally friendly, efficient, and helpful desk clerk signed us in and assured we were satisfied with our room right away when we arrived. All facilities were adequate and clean, giving us a good night’s rest.

We would have been even more appreciative if we could have had a room equipped with features for disabilities, such as grab bars, an ADA height toilet, shower wand, seat in shower, so forth. we weren’t hungry for breakfast, but if we had been, at least some protein, juice, and breakfast carbs would have been nice. The ice machine was out of order.

Worst place I have stayed at in thee last 40 years.

The Fridge did not work. Pulled back the covers and a 2 inch centipede ran across the bed. Killed it with the remote. Smallest bathroom ever. Floor was filthy. Front of the building was so dirty. It needed a power wash. Told the owner about the issues and all he said was "I will look into it" What a joke.

Had a wonderful stay!

The owner/operator of this property (and his family) made our stay wonderful. He was so kind and thoughtful. He offered a local’s advice for places that we were going during our visit to make our time more enjoyable. Our kids loved the pool!!! I would definitely go back here…they have created a true family friendly environment!
