Great place to stay if going to mesa verde area

Great staff, great facility (didn’t get to use kitchenette but seemed like great addition), nice bed, decent breakfast. Outside may look deceiving, great place to stay

Great value- comfortable, clean rooms, and super nice, customer focused team.

The staff were wonderful! Everyone was super friendly and SO attentive during the breakfast rush to keep everything stocked. My room was very comfortable and everything felt clean. I would definitely recommend this place. Especially for the price.

Really nice room with full kitchen facilities and equipment. Good breakfast. Excellent stay here.

Must stay location.

Large enough room for me and my 6 kids. Hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, hashbrowns, and waffles. Staff was nice even when we didn't check in until 11:59PM. Mostly excited about the toilet sitting at an angle so you have tons of leg room. Each room has a kitchenette so you can cook if you want to.

Had an issue with the shower not wanting to change from the spout to the shower.

Old fixtures, carpeting was messed with leaves & things flying in when the door opened.
