Good location. Comfortable room.

Location is very excellent, near major tourist attractions and restaurants. There was a 10% discount for purchases from nearby restaurants. Friendly employees. Very good welcome guide provided.

The only breakfast I went for didn't meet my expectations. Only few food choices were available at the time. My guess is that this was due to my getting there very late.

Hôtel à proximité du centre ville de Colorado Springs et des alentours à visiter ( en voiture) Chambre spacieuse Bonne literie Petit déjeuner très correct Parking gratuit Restaurations rapides et stations essence à proximité Hôtel dispose d’une petite piscine extérieure non surveillée

Hôtel proche d’un axe routier donc on peut parfois être dérangé par les bruits des moteurs

Easy to get to

Air conditioner sounded like a jet engine. Very loud!! Breakfast choices were ok but we would have liked more choices, like biscuits, bagels, fruit. Eggs and sausage were cold

Świetny hotel, spędziliśmy tu trzy noce i naprawdę mogliśmy wypocząć . Bardzo duży, wygodny apartament z sypialnia i pokojem wypoczynkowym, dwie łazienki. Całkiem dobre śniadania. Jedyne co nas zdziwiło, to brak sprzątania w pokoju, ponoć miał być co dwie doby, u nas nie było, ale może coś źle zrozumieliśmy. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Personel miły i pomocny .

All in all, very helpful and sufficient for our situation

check in & out people wonderful. Very convenient for our situation.

I was very cold in my room & could not get the heat to perform as indicated. Extra blanket might be helpful. As a result I did not sleep well even if the bedding & mattress we good.

Worth the money

For the price it was worth it. I had a one bedroom 2 queen bed room and the other room had a pull out couch. It was perfect for the kids and then me and my husband. The breakfast was very good and it made my mornings better. Wiah they stayed open a little later for breakfast I couldn't believe 930 but still good.

The housekeepers were kinda rude all the time. And they never came to vaccine and do a quickly clean up when they said they would.

Great location and comfortable place to stay.

Second time staying here. Location is great to access the Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. Safe location with access to several eateries.

Not crazy about having to walk outside to get to the lobby. While not a major issue, it was the reason for not eating breakfast.

Breakfast disorganized. Poor orientation of layout for food items disrupting flow. Hallways and elevators uninviting and nor cleaned daily. Not enough towels at pool. Ridiculous rule about scheduling service because if COVID. US government has announce COVID is over. Lamps didn’t work and charging station in room also didn’t work

not a very well organized Handicap parking spot vehicles way to close for unpacking and packing.

The hallways smell like marihuana. Not fun for people who don’t smoke and children. Also, there are homeless wondering around the hotel. I know is something the property cannot control, but we didn’t like that.

The room was clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. The view of the mountains was pretty.

There was remodeling going on above my room, so it could get a little loud after 7am. However, I was usually up and getting ready for the day by then, so it wasn't too much of an issue.
