Facility seemed to be falling apart and a bit dingy but breakfast was nice and staff was friendly.

The continental breakfast was very nice. Sheet change request fulfilled quickly.

My sheets had not been changed before my girlfriend and I checked in. My side of the bed smelled like dirty sweaty body and it was unbearable. The marble toppers on the half walls were not secured and almost fell on my foot. The blinds fell off of the wall while being closed and nearly smashed my face. I would have been injured but thankfully I was able to move out of the wayThe wall looked old and weak. We were on the top floor so maybe there was some sort of roof leak. The elevator was rickety and was out of service on our seconds night stay. Working again in the morning though.

it was a place to sleep and a good area. no issues. we had what we needed.

it was close to shopping.

our hotel floor was dirty when we got there. the breakfast needs more variety.

Decent price but not very clean looking or feeling

Location was great and price was good

The bed sounded like it was breaking, the floor wasn't really clean. The bathroom wasn't very clean. They didn't have extra pillows. It Jessi didn't give off clean vibes at all

You get what you pay for, but what I kind of expected.

Decent price per night.

Pot smell in the hallway. Very gross looking substance left on the bathroom counter as they apparently didn't clean it after the previous guests.

Probably won't stay there again

The hotel is easy to access. The bed was comfortable.

The room had laminate flooring with lots of black marks on it. It almost felt like a hospital room. The sink area was so small there was little room to put personal items on.

It was fairly clean and close to the interstate

We were without power for 40 hours at the time that we checked out and there was no compensation offered. We were told either we could check out or there was nothing they can do both previous nights when we asked. The other hotels in the area were also without power and the ones closer to where we were working a large convention were either sold out or $500 a night which was way out of our budget. When we finally checked out I told the guy at the counter that we needed compensation he said to call the hotel around 10am and speak to the manager. I had to inform him that without power they had no phones. I told him 50% off would be the minimal accepted and he agreed but I honestly think it should be free. I paid to have breakfast, television, hot water, and most of all air conditioning in the middle of July. We had none of that.

Awful

When we woke up there were bites all over my child. I went down and showed the front desk. I was told they would call me once a manager came in and they would look at a discount. Photos were even taken. NEVER called had to see a Dr. and we were told it as ant bites all over her. It is disgusting she came in with no bites left covered and did not call and check on her or offer a refund.

The floors in our room were dirty. Hotel was outdated and crowded. Parking was horrible.

The floors in our room were so dirty I couldn’t even take my shoes off. There was a large group of people gathering outside the hotel and being loud late at night keeping people awake. The hotel felt crowded, dirty and outdated. There was not parking available because the hotel was so crowded so we had to park at the Denny’s two blocks away and walk to the hotel.

Bed pretty good. No other furniture but a desk chair

Just beaten and worn, and maintenance obviously deferred in many aspects. Not really clean, just partially.

Very good

Nice Breakfast with choices, quiet rooms, very affordable price, nice pleasant and hard working staff. Comfortable bed with nice pillows and bedding. T.V. had several channels to choose from including sports. I had a pleasant and safe time. I would definitely be back. I know the renovation will be great.

Need eggs to go with the wonderful biscuits and gravy. Workers need to clean up paint and glue splotches on floors, doors, latch and trim in the room.

All in all about what was expected. Nothing really stood out.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Room felt a bit cramped with 2 queen beds. No room for a comfortable chair to relax in. Water flow in sink was sub-par.

Best beds and linens. I slept so well

The bathroom was very small and the door was very close to the toilet . If you are sitting on the toilet , you could not close or open the door .

Unexpected but ok given the circumstances

The bed and the surrounding area was nice looking and very clean

The clock and other lights were disconnected. The bathroom door was like seriously scratched and huge chunks of paint stripped off. The bathroom just looks old and painted over . Looks like the landlord special at those ghetto apartments.
