Terrible management

Decent breakfast

Horrible WiFi, elevator out of order. Ice maker not working. One of two waffle makers not working. Dirty wet towel in sink when I arrived. Made multiple calls to the front desk before and after my stay and not one call was answered.

Great people!

The breakfasts were excellent. Friendly staff. Management was very sweet. Picked me up at the airport when I was late arriving, then provided my friend & me with a ride back to the airport in her personal car so we could get a car rental.

The sports teams that were there took over the place. Kids were not monitored and ran the halls chasing, running & yelling. Parents were oblivious. Management should have spoken to their parents. Had to go after fresh linens. Only 1 wash cloth for a 2 person room. Parents of the team filled hugh thermoses from the juice machine in the breakfast room, leaving the machine empty for other patrons. Had a hard time making the kitchen staff understand what was needed refilled in the kitchen.

Tub didn't drain. Bedspread was dirty

What you served was not a complete breakfast. There should have been bacon/ sausage. Biscuits and gravy. I was surprised that these items were not on the buffet

Nice! But clarify about the airport shuttle!!

Great room. Large suite.

Airport shuttle is discontinued between 10pm and 7am which wasn’t changed on Booking.com. So it guarantees airport lift but in fact our early morning was not covered! Thankfully the desk staff were helpful and helped find a shuttle for us, which we were to pay on our own then. Great place but price doesn’t compare if shuttle is not included!

Won’t stay there again.

Breakfast had many choices and was amazing!

Of course we didn’t get informed till we were there that the pool wasn’t working because they needed a filter. Also couldn’t even be in the hot tub because it smelled so bad like chlorine that it burned my eyes.

Superb

I thought with planes flying over, we would hear them but the rooms must be very insulated or something because we didn't hear anything! No one in the hall or outdoors. We stayed 6 nights & it was great! Breakfast was also really good! Our grandkids really enjoyed everything about it. Staff was very accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

The grandkids said there was to much chlorine in the pool, but loved the hot tub. The pool wasn't really an issue because family in Wichita have pools that the kids were in the majority of the time. 😂

Will come back here for sure!

The prices were favorable, comfort and staff gave our family a positive experience. We also LOVED the Hot breakfast included in our room price. Eggs, bacon, etc. Very positive experience.

Not bad for $148/night. Clean, no bugs, hot breakfast, hot water in shower. Well air conditioned room. Friendly st

Our room was cool when we got there. Hot breakfast. Staff was nice.

There was so much chlorine in the pool our eyes were burning and we didn’t even go under. They ran out of bottled water for sale. No towels in pool area.

Carpet in our room was sticky and surfaces were dusty. Couldn’t tell if the room hadn’t been used for a while or they didn’t clean surfaces. No hot food for breakfast when we ate at 9:30 with our three children, although they said breakfast runs until 10am. If it’s open, then food should be available until close.

This IS NOT a WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE Room!!!!

Breakfast was great. The host was very nice.

The BED was way TOO HIGH for a WHEELCHAIR accessible room. Could not get Wheelchair close to the bed, wall in the way & not enough room on either side of bed.

the breakfast was good. no eggs which was understandable

The couch had crumbs and looked like a small spill that already dried up and could have easily been wiped. but our problem was as we checked in we ended up paying $200 for down payment and at check out they took another $100. total $300 plus room cost. 1 week later we still have a $100 pending! I will never go back.

Friends at Comfort Inn & Suites

The staff was great, especially Stacey and John. We had a situation with the smoke detector not stopping once it was set off by steam from the shower & John, the GM, came back from hs home & took care of it. All the while,Stacey was trying her best to get it to stop. Then, once it was fixed, Stacey brought us a care pkg of snacks. I will definitely stay there again.

The tub in the shower looked dirty. However, when I made them aware of it, housekeeping came up & tried to clean it. But, it was rust so it wouldn't come off, John explained that they are waiting for a remodel.

Would recommend and will definitely book again.

Great hospitality, breakfast was good, they were very accommodating during check out because of the bad weather outside. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only thing we were a little disappointed about is the jets on the hot tub weren't working and the heater/ac units were kind of noisy but still not bad over all and would definitely stay again.

Probably the most perfect stay at any hotel.

Amazing staff (Jennifer) extremely helpful. Hot tub knocked out our sore muscles from moving. Variety of breakfast items. Great coffee, enjoyed the help yourself marketplace.
