Found the hotel through booking.com and made mental note of the price. I'm a Hilton Honors member and when I arrived to check-in I was told the price of the room was higher than what was advertised on booking.com. Pondered this as one of the marketed benefits of being a Hilton Honors member is "best room rate". To match the room rate noted by booking.com the receptionist told me I had to book through the booking.com website even though I was standing at the front desk with my Hilton Honors card. Seemed silly to me but that's what I did.

I love the pond behind the hotel.
The lack of bathtub cleanliness. I bought a shower mat bc of the stains and peeling tub.

The location was decent and it is near restaurants.
The staff is horrible, except for Coco and the front desk manager who was there from 3-10 on 2/24! Don Ross greeted me with a "Yep" when I went to straighten out issues I had with my room. I guess I was bothering him because it was 2 am when I went to the front desk for help. We had to leave early to get back home so I had to check out very early in the morning. He solved the issue, but his professionalism/greeting was not great!
Another staff member (Dolores-maybe but don't quote me) could not help me and asked me to come back when a manager was there just to put the room on a different card. She was an older lady so I did not want to be disrespectful to her so I came back when the manager was on duty.
The last staff member (the manager that Dolores told me to wait on) was pretty decent, but I could not remember his name- he was there from 3-10 pm and he tried to help me fix the issues that the other lady would not even try to help me with.
Unsupervised kids running around everywhere, lots of loud adults drinking in the lobby, housekeeping was very nice and came early in the morning. I would NOT stay at this Hilton Garden Inn ever again if I can help it. The price was not worth what we got which is a shame because the ratings fooled me.

I would say the food was good
I would rate this stay low first time staying at a Hilton and I was hoping to be empresses. The hotels accommodations were down ie pool & hot tub since April 3rd, so booking the room on April 10th for a stay on April 22nd very disappointing that this was not made aware to new guests checking in. The rooms were very plain for finesse to them, just disappointed.

Located in a wonderful area. Checking and out staff very pleasant and friendly.
The pool was not the cleanest. The quality of room and bathroom. For breakfast we ate in the dining area there. We ordered water and coffee and did not receive it. I had to go over to coffee bar and get my own. Also had to go get my own water as waitress did not come back with that or to check on us. She was very friendly, but was over at the check in desk except to take orders and then right back over there.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.
Upon arrival was given a voucher for breakfast. Was told it was for 2. When we got to breakfast was charged for 1. When we went down to the hot tub, one of our main reasons for choosing this hotel, it was dirty and it was cold! Not exaggerating. It was marginally warmer than the pool. Pretty disappointing for a Hilton hotel.

I came for a few days with my kids for local attractions. I liked the hotel for location which was very nice, safe and quiet. I chose it specifically because it had a pool and hot tub.
The quality of the pool area would be my biggest critique, the pool was FREEZING and the area was not well cared for, not cleaned and several times had no towels. In the 3 days we were there, it really looked like no one ever cleaned the area. Pool needs some care!

Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping mall.
Expected better overall quality for the price. Buffet was served by someone eles not yourself and there was a hair in both of our plates, rude chef.

Staff was so Nice.
This Booking . Com said our room had it's own private Entrance. It did NOT! Our hotel staff said your site listed this wrong. None of the Garden Hiltons have do not have any rooms with a Private Entrance.

The hotel was located in a nice area.
A bar was offered online and when we got there, they didn't have one. The shower curtain would not stay snapped.
