Pleasant

Location.

The cleanliness of the rooms. How difficult it was to check in after hours and how long it took, we were exhausted from our drive and the last thing you want to do is have to call multiple times to make sure someone is coming down to check you in as well as having to wait 20 or more minutes.

I should have paid more and dealt with traveling instead of worrying about location proximity.

I was greatful to have a bed to sleep in for the night. Pricing was good considering State Wrestling was in the area.

The door lock (bolt) did not work at all. The latch was hardly secured. There were people above us being extremely noisy (running back and forth, screaming/talking very loud, sounded like they were jumping across beds, etc.). Noses went on from at least midnight until 1:30am. I finally fell asleep at 2 am. I had a 4 year old with me as well that woke up. In the morning when trying to check out, nobody was available for another almost 2 hours. I called the 500# and left a message/compalint for a callback and have yet to receive it.

I would notstay here again. It felt old and dilapidated. I've never been in a hotel room like this.

Convenient location

It was very run down and shabby. Broken items, missing fixtures, etc. It did not feel safe.

Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The front desk lady that worked overnight was very nice!

After calling for someone to come to the desk to check in, I stood there for another 30 minutes before someone actually showed up. My towels weren’t clean, you could tell they either weren’t washed or just not washed well. There was brown splatter stained on the bathroom wall. It looked like someone drew ALL over the floor in the room with a pencil or something.

Booking.com confirmation # wasnt uploaded in there system even when i showed them my email receipt. Paid 10$ more than what was quoted. Took over 30 min to sign into got lucky they even had a room still available.

All in all staff was friendly and rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

I like the lil kitchen with a full sized fridge.

The size of the rooms for double beds and three people was very small. No housekeeping for stay overs was also bothersome.

Clean and quiet. Good price.

There was no breakfast. Location worked good for me. Right next to highway to get where i needed to be.

Not what I expected; I wish they took more pride in their property.

Breakfast very scant. Not much selection. Didn’t even have a toaster. In my room: con webs behind bathroom door, broken washcloth holder in shower, dirty wet rag sitting on the desk when I arrived.
