I loved the location and close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and family. It was also easy to get to the main freeway so I could travel to and from.
They had to change my room because the first one wasn't clean. (Bed looked slept in) I had no refrigerator, no iron or ironing board until I requested one. My keys stopped working on two occasions. The breakfast wasn't as good as I'm used to. The person preparing the breakfast wasn't used to doing the job. When I checked out, I couldn't get my receipt because the computer was down. I was told my receipt would be emailed to me, but it's been over 24 hours and I still don't have it.

We did not eat at that hotel. It smelled terrible, it was dirty, the facilities were not maintained, raccoons were in the parking lot, the shower head was leaking onto the floor, the areas was not safe, it appeared homeless persons were hanging out in there, the elevator did not have an inspection certificate and was missing buttons.
Everything... we left after the first night of a supposed two night stay.

Nothing.
This location has fleas all over the room and bathroom. Their hallways smell moldy. Their bed sheets had smoke holes in them. Their AC unit is loud as hell randomly. Drinks were left in room from previous guests. Just very disappointing

Location
Was told room wouldn’t be cleaned until after 4 day stay. I was appalled to hear about this. Another hotel employee said rooms would be cleaned upon request. Bathroom sink had low water pressure. No toilet paper holder in bathroom. Room smelled. Bed covers appeared to be worn out and hair found on pillows and sheets. 4 day stay and didn’t see not one housekeeper. Requested room to be cleaned and new towels; however, room was not cleaned thoroughly, only trash thrown out and new set of towels.

It was in a great spot for me to get on the Highway. Texas roadhouse was close by and that was good. I hope I can bring my family again stay longer. The bathroom was nice and warm.
I did not see the swimming pool

Dean at the front desk was nice, but they put him in a bad position.
It was dirty, the bathroom had mold, the door wouldn’t open. Dean from the front desk literally had to come up with me to open the door bc it had to be open a certain way. You can hear mice in the walls in the bathroom. I was given one room and when I walked in the room had not been clean. I’m talking bed not made, trash in the trash can, and some more stuff. Then when I was given another room I couldn’t open the door bc it had to be open a certain way. SMH

There was a clean bed to sleep in.
The room smelled like the carpet had been cleaned with dirty water. There was one night of towels, even though I booked for two. The ice machine on the 1st and 2nd floor is broken. Only one key card worked. The hotel needs a face life on the inside . I wouldn’t stay here again

The coffee was okay, there wasn’t enough condiments for my use.

It was ok.
The room that I was first checked in to was horrible. The staff had to let me in the room the whole day I checked. The General Manager called the police on me and lied and said I had numerous of guest complaints. I asked the staff the next morning did they know anything about the complaints and one lady told me it had to be a misunderstanding and the other lady told me not one guest complained to her about me and that I did not have one complaint in the system by my room number. I tried to explain to the manager that I didn't receive not one complaint. Nobody never came to my room and nobody never called my room. He was overtalking me and I couldn't get a word out. I have a toddler and my last night in the room he was playing, by nine o'clock he was in bed. Still never received a call saying my baby was too loud. He went to the extreme and called the police because a two year old was making noise in the room. I'm the type of person who apologizes for my mistakes and I would have corrected it if it was brought to my attention. The police officer officer told me he believed everything I was saying. He was a very nice guy. My kids and I just lost our home due to our neighbors burning our apartments down. I was already going through a lot and stressed out just trying to make it day by day and be strong for my kids. You never know what someone is going through so for him to be so nasty and rude to me and try to put me and my kids out the hotel at 9 something at night was just wrong. He told the police officer all kind of lies and my children had to witness the police officer coming to the room asking me to step out right after they just watched our home burn down. My daughter couldn't go to sleep after the police officer left. My kids had been through enough already. By far the worst hotel stay ever.

it looked nice on the outside and in the lobby…then came the room. yikes!
Where to begin? when we entered the room we noticed the bed was slanted at an angle where the head was lower than the feet. my husband had a huge crater on his side of the bed. The room was hot so we turned the air down and went to eat dinner, when we returned we discovered the air was out. we went to the front desk where we were told they called the maintenance man. the guy eventually showed up only to tell us in fact the air was out. they brought a fan to the room to make it better but said there were no other rooms available. The tv remote didn’t work, the elevator got stuck. it was a nightmare. We would have checked out and left but i checked other hotels and couldn’t find a vacancy. It was late, we didn’t know the area, and we were leaving for a cruise the next morning. We definitely shouldn’t have been charged for the stay.

nothing
unclean, wouldn’t refund my money, constantly smelled like weed

the location was close to our event and plenty of shops around
the room smelled like mold. We had mold on the window curtains, the bathroom door was coming apart at the bottom which made it hard to close. The elevator was old made lots of noise and was slow operating.

The location was pretty nice, that’s about it. We enjoyed the location because usually when we visit we stay in New Orleans so the new scenery was cool.
When we first walked into our room it smelled like mildew or something wet. We examined the room and there was patches on the ceiling from water damage. The comforter on the bed had a huge black stain in it about the size of a grapefruit, it’s no way they didn’t notice that. The edges of the sheeted were dirty and stained. All the lamp bases in the room were rusted and mildewed from water damage. The walls looked like somebody had been fighting in there, there was scuffs, and scrapes everywhere. The telephone in the room didn’t work either. So we decided to just go ask for another room, when we get downstairs the receptionist just simply told us that they were sold out. He didn’t check anything to make sure, he just said they were sold out. I knew everything in the area was pretty much booked up and I didn’t want to waste a night of my wife’s birthday weekend looking a new room. We sprayed the room with disinfectant and the best of a bad room. Thus place traumatized me, I’ll never stay in a Comfort Inn ever in my life. This place should be shut down immediately!!! I almost forgot, Saturday morning the elevator was out of order and we had to use the stairs for the rest of the stay. Overall just a terrible experience.
