Great service and super quick responses when we had questions. Spacious apartment with good AC for NOLA summers. Would definitely return.
Kitchen was well stocked. But the utensils and cookware need to be replaced. Overall really good but need new cookware.

The apartment was in a great location and had everything we needed to reset, refresh for an active Mardi Gras celebration.

No parking near by. Chose a lot and car was broken into.

Management was amazing and so attentive to details. Thanks for an amazing stay. Appreciate the southern hospitality. You will not be disappointed.

Place was huge and A/C was exceptionally strong, as seemed to be the norm throughout the city. It was mostly quiet and as promised, 2 BR/2 BA with a full kitchen. Curtains were a bit shoddy but that's why I always bring binder clips.
Apart from a security guard who was there one night, I seemed to be the only person in the building, but I came when it was very hot, which everyone said kept most of the other tourists away.
Location is exceptional if you're there for the WW2 museum, which is super close; and it's only a mile or so from French Quarter by foot. Public transit was also fairly close by as were some bars and restaurants.
Bugs coming up from one of the showers. Apparently this is very normal in New Orleans though, so, I don't think it means anything. There was construction next door which was noisy in the late morning (I think it was 9-10:30 am ish ) but died down after that. Minor nitpick -- docs in the apartment & host communications were largely negative, focusing on what not to do (don't have parties, don't have too many people in the apartment, stay quiet at night, take your trash out)...super not applicable to me since I usually try to do the right thing, and not remotely helpful for someone who wants to explore the city a bit. Just nagging.

The codes were provided well in advance. The beds were comfy. The entire place was roomy and comfortable. Easy access to the RTA street car and walking distance to SO many restaurants. Great location.
The shower pressure was VERY weak and not all bathroom amenities were provided, as indicated they would.

We did not receive the email describing the property's location and the three codes to enter the property at the various entry points. But, once we called Dave, he provided the message quickly.

This property exceeded expectations - great location in the warehouse district far enough away from the hubbub yet close enough to walk in 20 mins or so. The kitchen has everything we could need and I liked the toiletries provided in the bathroom. On top of that David the house manager was super helpful and very communicative. Highly recommend
We liked it all. No problems

The apartment is very large, but the courtains did not close properly, so my family and I woke up at 6 in the morning. The intern doors did not close properly too. The shower was not good, because there was less water. I think it's a good place to stay with friends or to have fun, but it's not good for families.

This place was way above my expectations! I went for a professional meeting at the N. Memorial Center with my husband and a colleague.
For starters, the host was so accommodating, I made a mess with the reservation and they managed to add the day I was missing and contemplated that I was getting an early flight. I rented a 2 bd, 2 bathroom apt. It is very spacious and well decorated. They have a full kitchen with everything you can possible need, dishwasher, huge fridge, and also a washing machine.
I had some beautiful nights of sleep and the bathroom is big and comfortable, the shower has great pressure.
Another good surprise was the area. In google maps everything looked a little dodgy, but I had a 7 minute walk to the conference which we did without any trouble, we even went for dinner several times and came back home late at night by foot. But, if you don't want to, this place is a 9 usd Uber away from bourbon St or the French Quarter.
It is obviously an area that is improving as they are building amazing new places and has tons of new restaurants and bars.
We, and everyone else that visited us during this weekend, are amazed by this place and for sure are gonna rent it in the future if we have the chance of coming back.
This in minor, but they have a washing machine and available pods, yet not a dryer or a drying rack.

Excellent location and plenty of space for a group of six adults. We enjoyed the full-sized kitchen, washer/dryer unit and spacious bathrooms. This is a good group trip location and within walking distance to many things.
Windows are thin and you can hear construction next door during the day. Thankfully each room came equipped with sound machines and ear plugs.

The property was clean, spacious, and felt very safe. We loved that the property was quiet. it was nice to have the Keurig with coffee available! We enjoyed the market on the street and having the pizza restaurant around the corner!

we enjoyed our stay here. it was very roomy and stylish. the location is a bit far from bourbon and the French quarters but you can take a short ride in an Uber. there are places to eat which was a plus and the pizza place on the corner stays open till 2am and has lots of options. we also enjoyed the pleasure of having nightly security parked right out front.
there’s no parking but for a pricey fee you can park in the parking garage right across the street that’s connected to a hotel. we also wished there were TVs in the bedroom. we had to share the TV in the living room and some of us wanted to watch other things.

Good location, clean, and perfect for a family. it was stocked with everything we needed and nothing that we didn’t. Felt safe as well.
There was a little street noise at night, but the sound machines and ear buds helped.

Spacious, beautifully decorated, easy to find and enter safely, great neighborhood, free parking nearby.
