Highly recommend for a stop over on your way.

Great breakfast. Nice big rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Easy to use TV. Kids loved the pool.

It’s location right off the highway. I also loved the lemon water in the lobby.

Very good hotel right on the Empire Trail

Right on the Empire Trail, so very convenient for cyclists. Comfortable, sizeable, clean room. Clean bathroom, good towels. Indoor pool. Very good breakfast options.

Pleasant accommodations perfect location for getting rested for trip to Boston and Cape area!

Good breakfast eggs & bacon coffee -all well done! Plenty of choices. Breakfast staff very pleasant and efficient making sure everyone coming in had plenty go options.

No need for improvement that we could see!

Not worth the money

Breakfast is adequate. Room is good. Front desk staff excellent and very helpful. I was there 5 days and the staff went out of their way to be supportive.

Since the pandemic no hotels have maid staff to clean rooms daily. On the 4th day I caught a maid in the hallway and requested that my trash be removed. Half the fun of staying in a hotel is having someone clean the room and pamper you. In the future I will stay in Airbnb. It is cheaper under the present no hotel maid service policy.

We were sad the hot tub wasn’t working! That was one of the big reason we choose this hotel!

'room nice but financial rip off.

I was not given your rate. cost 282 but my bank was charged 332.72. your price was 174.00. I feel that I have been fraudulently charged. This is sad because the place was actually nice. They said it was a booking .com problem and that was what they were charging.

Should go when it's not a weekend... Less kids 😉

The location. The breakfast. Then quick response to whatever was one the sheets & the compensation offered

The amount of kids in the pool / hot tub until it closed. And again right after it opened. There was something ( poop?) On the sheets...the staff was right there too rectify the situation.

The property is beautiful and well kept. Very clean and friendly staff. I loved the online check in.

They could expand on the breakfast a little bit but overall a decent breakfast.

Newly refurbished to a very high standard, and with excellent presentation. The pool and fitness room look very good indeed.

The door locks were tricky and this should have been conveyed at check in.

Breakfast had some nice options if you do not require gluten/dairy free.

Staff had a hard time keeping up with the crowd.
