Loved my stay
The web page said breakfast included. No breakfast. Please change so the information is correct. It's aggravating

Nothing
Dirty floors, stained sheets and towels, dirty shower

WORTHLESS. After providing them with credit card information online i was informed at the property it was not an actual booking but a "hold" on the room, AND was not informed until I actually got there that an additional $40 was required. I left and now they are trying to charge me the full amount even though I left the property without checking in. AVOID THIS CONMAN "HOTEL".

ok for just one night but wouldn’t recommend - easy access to main roads
got given a smoking room - we don’t smoke - so had to request a change as the smell was so strong. some questionable characters hanging around outside drinking.
room was dated with holes in the curtains (taped over) and hairdryer did not work.
road noise is quite loud too.

Not much
Hotel snuggles the freeway, the noise was so loud i could have been staying in the middle of a lane. Breakfast was said to be included with this room, when I asked at check in and the following morning i was rudely told "we dont do breakfast", odd because when we booked there was a cheaper room option that didnt include breakfast but had an option to upgrade to it...glad we paid more for the breakfast included option?

I liked that the people were kinda friendly

The start was decent the man who helped me check in was nice. Unfortunately his shift ended in the morning and the woman who replaced him was very rude and unhelpful. She accused me of smoking in the room and she accused me of having an extra guest even tho it was my daughter who is only 11 years old. She called my ride a bitch and threatened to call the police on me because I was late checking out. I offered to pay a fee or pay for another day but she started saying the person who was picking me up couldn't be in my room at all even tho it was the day time. She said she's not giving my deposit back because she smelled smoke even tho I don't smoke at all and never have. I hate the smell of smoke and that's why I reserved a non smoking.
The woman employee was very rude and the room was very dirty. They have me dirty sheets, the door didn't shut properly and would almost open when the wind blowed. Not to mention the busy parking lot full of homeless people asking me for rides and change. Lose dogs were running around and there was no free breakfast no show time, no ice bucket, no wash cloths, the bathroom had spots all over the ceiling that looked like mold. The bathtub was dirty with a ring of dirt all around it and there was a opened bar of soap on the edge. They didn't give me any new towels even tho I stayed two nights. My key kept getting unprogramed and I'd have to go back and forth to get new keys made. I couldn't sleep because the room is located near the highway and it was so noisy. The bed was itchy and I honestly don't believe it was clean. Before I got into the bed I noticed small specs and tiny pieces of grass and dirt. Luckily I brought my own and just used those. Honestly this stay made me feel like I'll never stay at this chain again. Horrible horrible horrible. I want a refund because this was the worst experience I've ever had traveling. Like ever. I've stayed in hotels with need bugs before and I'd rather stay at one of those hotels than this place. It felt like a foreign country or a sick joke. I complained to the employees and they responded with attitudes like it's my fault homeless people are approaching me or like my friend couldn't be in my room while I got my bags ready to go. They failed to provide clean bedding and then accuse me of smoking in my room threatening to call police on me. I didn't commit any crime, I wasn't even rude to her or loud or anything like that. I bet she deals with allot of bad customers and she stereotyped me and labeled me an unruly customer.

The room was supposed to be non smoking. As soon as we opened the door, the stale smoke odor hit us in the face. We were so tired, we just crashed. When I told the desk lady the next morning, she argued and said it was a non smoking room. I assured her, it was definitely a smoking room. she continued to argue and then said she would check after I left. I never heard anything from her.

Great location friendly staff room and parking lot was clean
Beds were hard and uncomfortable. We had to slam the door to the room for it to shut and it would not lock the bathroom toilet leaks there is no microwave or mini fridge coffee maker in the room most frustrating thing was after I already paid for the stay in advance when I got there I had to put down a 40.00 deposit this was not stated in the information at all. They said they were refunding me the money but I have not received it yet
