The La Quinta in Oklahoma City was near the major highway and was nicely priced and comfortable compared to the other op

Great location off the highway. It’s comfortable and quiet.

The light in the bathroom did not work. The staff had to put me in another room.

Hot/Cold/frustrating.

The location and staff were very good.

Extremely disappointed that the temperature controls in the room did not work. If the air conditioner was on it kept cooling no matter what temperature was set. If heating, it continued to heat regardless of the thermostat setting. Could no sleep due to constantly getting up to turn on/off the heater/air conditioner. Wi-Fi was not working at all. I was unable to accomplish what I needed that evening because I had no internet access in the room due to Wi-Fi not working. Reported to desk and was told they would inform manager, but could no do anything to help.

Location and spacious room

Check in took an hour. First room I was given had no running water. Went straight to bed after getting my second room only to wake up and find dead bed bugs on the sofa bed.

Booking.com sucks

The hotel appeared nice and the staff were extremely helpful. I didn’t get to find out if the hotel was nice or not because when I tried to check in I was told the payment that booking.com made was declined.

It would have been nice to actually stay in the room that I was charged by booking.com for. Booking.com’s payment was declined. I need a full refund from booking.com.

Staff was very pleasant especially woman who checked me in. She was busy with several guests and she handled herself professionally and got us through quickly.

Good, but will never do a room close to front desk.

I liked being on the first floor. The room was really big and well laid out.

The rooms close to the front desk can hear people talking or in my case, yelling. I could hear the lobby music as well. At around 5-6am you can hear massive amount of foot steps and noise of doors shutting and people talking to go get breakfast.

We had to go through four different rooms to find a room that didn’t smell like sewage. Dog piss in the elevators and lobby.

Clean and very friendly staff! My car wouldn’t start when we checked out and they were very helpful. One of the maintenance men helped me get it started! I wish I would’ve gotten his name. All I know is I was sitting by the pool drinking coffee that morning and he was the one cleaning the pool! Very nice friendly man!

The value was good and I will stay here again if I can get a room away from the road noise.

Breakfast was great. The location was good for my purpose but....

road noise was initially a problem but the staff was helpful in moving me to a room at the back of the building opposite the highway so there was much less noise.

Disappointing

The room looked like it was in the middle of a make over. Bathroom shower was great, cabinet was crappy. The floor had huge gaps between the tiles, the baseboards were nailed to the wall. Hallway carpet was filthy and ice machine was overflowing with run off water.

Close to the freeway.

I waited almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to check me in. I then called the property and someone came out to answer the phone and I told them it was me calling.

the key system was not working so no could get into their room without an employee taking them with a master key. The room was not clean. walls were very dirty and the office chair had bid tears in the leather and should have been discarded.

Excellent! It was clean. The staff especially the ladies working the breakfast did an amazing job

I workout daily so the one treadmill was functional. The other was not. Medicine balls nice but hard to use in such a small space.

Only 2 sets of dumbbells (20# and 25#’s) which were too heavy to use. No towels in space to use. No sanitizing wipes to wipe down equipment. No water cooler or fountain either. Maybe get a few lighter sets of dumbbells too. Like 5# and 10#. Maybe provide exercise mats as well

Very happy

Most everything don’t really want to complain.

My remote didn’t work and they put new batteries in it, then a few minutes later the power button wouldn’t work so I had to sleep with the glare of the tv being on all night. The volume and channel buttons always worked.
