Less than good

There's no enforcement of any kind for quiet time at night. Couple next door partied and karaoke until 4am so we got no rest. The fridge had no adjustment and all our paid for food froze, not happy.

I got charged to stay there . And I never got a room ! The staff told me that my card did not go through and that I had to call booking.com ! I had the proof that it was paid ! And the staff wanted nothing to do with my proof. I was on hold with booking.com for a very long time . It was late and I needed rest . So I left the hotel to go sleep in the parking lot at the turnpike rest area ! I was on my motorcycle! Concrete is very hard !! I never had to deal with this ever ! I am deleting this app! I am done ! I want my money back !! And I want it back ASAP!

Please paibgg to the rooms and cover all holes.

The walls were dirty and there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. The room appeared clean, but the bathroom was deplorable. They need to paint the bathroom and fill in all holes. The fridge which I did not use did not close all the way. The walls were dirty in general as well as the back of the door.

Everything. We wear put from room to room to room. Waited in hot sun for 1 hours before we got a room. Bed sunck in middle. Lights didn’t work. One room smelled like human piss. Never again staff rude and don’t care about there Clint’s

More cleanliness. The bathroom door was dirty. Look like someone remove a picture from the wall . And left the brown residue from the glue. Look bad .

Awful, would not return, don't take your family there!

The price was decent. Thats it.

Not enough room to fit everything on this page, it was dirty, smelled terrible, run down, not very safe, room smelled like smoke and the entire hotel had a smell of weed. Several families are living there fulltime.

The location

The room had ceiling falling down in the bathroom, black mold, moth eaten curtains the slide lock was broke off the door. One bed lamp was broken. Not very clean

The attendant was very kind. The check in was effective & effortless thank you

I discovered that the he sink would clog & take time to drain down. However, the attendant was very kind in assuring me that he would take care of it so nobody else would face the same situation in the future.

We rented two rooms and were given the keys and once we got into the room they were dirty and one of them had no curtains. We were given other rooms that were a bit better but this hotel is very dirty.

How do you recommend it to anyone who loves to enjoy views, and to stay in a quiet city area

Everything went well and from is amazing first night I had an amazing view second night I’m still enjoying every bit of it. Thank you.

There is an absolutely anything I don’t like. Hotel and stuff have treated me amazing especially when I needed extra towels they provided for it it immediately.

Exceptional

That every time I stay here I'm recognized and greeted with a warm welcoming smile. The front desk staff is also very cooperative with issues that seem to arise with every booking thru Priceline including waiving any unnecessary fees and speaking to the booking agent reps to correct the errors that occur when booking thru their app. Those acts of courtesy and professionalism in the end save me money which I'm grateful for.
