I had a corner room with window on 2 walls
1. Parking lot was slick, wasn't properly salted. I slipped with feet in the air. I saw a shuttle operator clung to his shuttle door to save himself from falling.
2. Parking lot was almost empty as if no guests were living, I know why because there were none. I would not live there again. It was an Econolodge marked as Mainstay Suites.
3. Everything was super old, I was hesitant to even touch let alone using it. No frill items inside.
4. Toiletries the worst I had ever seen.
List will go on and on. I short I regret my stay there and will never try Mainstay Suite again.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Loved the fact that I could just ask to add days and not have to worry about moving rooms.

The staff were very nice. Parking was adequate. Fridge worked fine.
When we first entered our room my spouse commented it smelled like someone had smoked pot in it. We opened the window and kept it open the entire visit. There was barely a few sheets of toliet paper left on the roll, and half a roll of toliet paper was the replacement. No amenities, like soap, shampoo, conditioner. The fridge was dirty in spots on the outside and the shelving. Walls and ceilling in the bathroom had water damage along with cracks. TV was super small. Bed was not very comfortable and could hear noise throughout the night. Breakfast was pretty much nothing besides coffee, tea bags, granola bars and a few wrapped muffins (I think?). The hotel was located behind another hotel in a cluster, which was not too difficult to find, but took awhile to get to from the regular roads. Besides the two personable front desk clerks, we cannot give any props for anything else.

It was much quieter than most places. The desk was very good sized. I was able to put my work binders out and still have room for my laptop and note writing.
The breakfast was a little sparse, with only breakfast bars and muffins. Would have liked to see more options when advertising a 'continental breakfast'. Cut fruit would have been a welcome treat.

The staff could have been a lot nicer and more respectful, I feel the customer is always right but I was trying to explain to her that the booking was paid for and I did so through the app she then cuts me off raising her voice telling me I'm not telling the truth because booking.com doesn't give you that option her manager walked up and saw that I was actually correct and put my reservation through completely and I still haven't gotten an apology. She's always rude and I think at this point she needs to move on to a different profession or just retire!!!!!

Didn't like facility and room. Even when asked for Coffee maker and coffee they just provided coffee maker with coffee packet and without sugar, cup or Cream. In room no power point to charge your mobile or laptop. I had to put my laptop in kitchen to charge it.
Even location is not good, to go anywhere you have to take extra around 2 miles to come on main road. Booked for 3 nights but finally left 2nd day.

The staff have been very kind to me and my Service Dog. I suffer from PTSD and my feeling safe is very important to my SD and I feel very safe.
