Everything was clean in the room. And has all the amenities we needed for one night. And the cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful when we locked out ourselves out of our room.
Seemed like it was a popular place for the homeless but I don’t really blame the hotel for that. The bed was horrible. At least in my opinion. But everything else was top notch. Would stay here again

The price was good and the staff was friendly and chill. The room was clean and comfortable
Some people were being really loud and it kept waking me up in the morning

For the price point this is an exceptional property. It is super comfy and I like that pets are free. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.
Things were great.

The landscaping was pretty, lobby was clean and room was at lease free of bed bugs.
Floor was Filthy!!! Coffee maker had mold inside of the water container. 2 light switches didn’t work and apparently a LOT of people were smoking weed both in the hallways and the lobby area.

The staff was awesome.
The floor in the handicap restroom was very slick. I was afraid that one of us would slip and fall. It could use a towel bar outside of the shower as well.

Nothing. I had a medical family emergency, and tried to cancel, and they wouldn't let me
I didn't like everything about it. I had a family medical emergency needed to cancel and couldn't because they wouldn't allow me to

It wasn't too far off the highway. Staff was great. Room was ok.
You could hear a lot outside the room. We were on the 1st floor and the people above us were loud! Sounded like they kept dropping stuff ok floor. Made our pup bark a lot. Needless to say we had very little sleep that night.

The bathroom was not clean. Toilet had not been cleaned in a long time. The tub/shower would not drain correctly. Stood in water with hair a d stuff coming back in tub.

the room was really dark. that lighting is awful

This review is from the perspective of the mobility impaired. The first room assigned was impossible, but quickly changed for one with much better accessibility Overall, the Inn was clean and pleasant; not a standout in either direction.
The shower head was hand held but not height adjustable and very old and awkward, so badly needs upgrading. No breakfast. Even coffee and a donut would have been nice. The location is strange, with many motels but no place for coffee. At the next exit are Starbucks, Macdonald's, and so forth but motels!

The staff are very friendly and willing to help! In the morning they allowed me to stay a bit longer than the check-out time. The bed is comfy and overall the room was clean. The lights are good and the place is quiet.
Shower is a bit low so you need to bend your needs while using it. Also I couldn't find the elevator!
