Ok just one night

Has been remolded since last stay. No room on sink for anything. Pegs on the wall for hanging clothes no closet no drawers. Like it better before the changes

Not worth the price I would of slept in my car and got dressed at a gas station or a store

Only thing that was nice was the water was hot

Rooms was dirty blood on the wall sheets had stains. Washcloths and towels were nasty looked like they should be used for cleaning rags.

Front desk lady was amazing! Very clean, but can get loud.

The front desk lady was so helpful and sweet!

Only thing we didn’t like was how loud it was, large gap under the door. We could hear in the other bathroom

Clean the front desk lady was absolutely amazing. Pleasant and so polite. I actually asked to speak with the manager just to compliment her:

More training needed for overnight staff regarding handling emergencies

It was obvious that the hotel had been updated - I liked all the outlets and USB ports The rooms were small but adequate

We had a fire alarm go off around 11:15pm- The staff had burned toast- The concerning part is that they turned away the fire dept- Told them not to respond. while we waited for a manger to come reset the alarm. The fire dept should NEVER have been called off- It is up to them to clear it and decide if the building was safe to return to. NOT Happy with how this was handles

No coffee maker in the room. Deluxe description said it had a coffee maker, I thought. Not a fan of no service and having to go ask for clean towels. Brand new shower door improperly installed, rubber seal already coming off causing it to drag.

Superb

The indoor pool and hot tub are great.

The bed was not a queen bed it was a full. The pillows were flat.

I will NEVER go cheap again...I feel sorry for the people who can only afford that.

The bathtub sticker could have been cleaned off...I would have loved to take a bath after a long day of driving, but it wasn't inviting...rather disgusting...I took pictures for "proof"

Great staff

I come here every three months to meet up with my family and we love it here. My son is autistic and they are so patient with him. They are very friendly and if I needed to know directions or where a good place to eat was they would tell me where to go they are very knowledgeable. They have put a lot of money in the place. Its all updated.

The time before last we were there they remodeled the pool so we couldn't swim but that wasn't their fault. It was open the last time we went.

Staff was great. Room was clean. We had read the reviews prior and they were not good. We then found they had remodeled and everything was great.

I know this is trivial, but the TV viewing was poor. The selection was minimal.

We LEFT!

Cheap hotel.

There was hair on the sheets, dirt/gravel on the bed covers, and several large food crumbs on the window seat. It appears they didn't even change the sheets on the one bed!!!

This Microtel Inn has been renovated. Everything was clean & bright & inviting. it is a “No Frills” Hotel, but has everything you need.
