loin de nos attentes et de la description proposée

emplacement parfait taille de la chambre petit déjeuner inclus prix correct pour cette destination

mobilier très vétuste, carreaux cassés dans la salle de bain, prises cassées dans la chambre ,personnel peu sympathique , hotel mal entretenu et propreté faible. non respect de notre demande d'^tre en étage

Key West getaway weekend

Great location. Friendly staff. Great service. Rooms and property were very clean. Great amenities including a nice pool and sun area as well as continental breakfast. Water and coffee 24/7. Excellent property and stay. Would highly recommend.

Small but charming

This is a great, clean and well appointed home with a lovely host.

This is really only a space for 2 adults and four children unless the adults are under 40 🙂.

It’s a chill, clean, friendly Inn. I’ll definitely be back with family.

It’s pretty! It’s clean and convenient. Free breakfast til 10am. We were welcomed with free water a glass of wine. Has a nice pool and great hot tub. You have access to free coffee all night. There was wine on ice, cheese, nuts and crackers in the lobby in the afternoon. We felt comfortable enough we booked another night. 😊

Perfect stay for our trip to Key West! Would love to come back and stay again and for longer!

Great location right in the heart of the key west! HUGE room, with a great big comfy bed Facilities phenomenal, complimentary happy hour with wine / cheese / snacks was a lovely touch, great breakfast in the morning! Even with the local cockerel! Swimming pool and hot tub open 24hrs was amazing with towels provided next to pool. Parking easy and simple, allowed us to stay a couple of hours after check out too which helped us loads before we left Staff were amazing, really friendly man at check in who helped us!

Le charme de Key West

La construction et le charme de l’hôtel, typique des Keys. La proximité du centre-ville et des attractions.

A notre arrivée, le safe était bloqué. Notre demande d’une chambre à l’étage n’a pas été possible. Notre demande d’une place de parc n’a pas été possible. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site de Booking, le service de chambre n’est pas quotidien. Les serviettes restent donc humides dans une salle de douche exiguë avec W.-C. et lavabo. La climatisation est bruyante, le mobilier vieillot.

Relaxing enjoyable trip to Key West, a great spot to stay

The pool area was so nice. We used it a few times a day. With the heat was very welcoming. Being open 24 hours was esp nice. The room served our needs very well. Breakfast was nice. A fast coffee and something to eat before going out for the day.

There really was no negatives that we experienced. Location was good. Parking on property very nice. We for sure enjoyed the stay

Nice place to stay

The room was a nice comfortable size. The breakfast buffet every morning and the happy hour every evening was a great extra. And the staff was so friendly and helpful. Great Location to everything on Duval Street

The pool was ice cold and always dirty. And the jacuzzi was cold. That part was very disappointing. And no maid service on the weekends

Great location, nice amenities, lovely cabanas

Rooms are spacious, courtyard, pool, and spa are lovely. Fun to hang out in the cabanas for some down time. Nice happy hour, great location, close to Duval.

Second stay at hotel, and this room was much noisier than the last, making it hard to sleep. Hotel is starting to look a little neglected, with wood rot showing the age of the property. It also felt a bit less clean than the last visit 2 years ago. Also, the price of the room per night more than doubled from 2 years ago, so that stung.

Staff - Staff was very responsive to all of our requests, We never heard no.

Only wine is available during complimentary happy hour. Not everyone in our party liked wine so they were unhappy.

It exceeded our expectations.

The room was very clean and centrally located to downtown. The hot tube was used by half the group and enjoyed. The pool looked clean and inviting but we didn’t spare the time to use it. The wine and cheese hour and the morning breakfast was as described. We took part in both offerings. The staff were nice and helpful. We would stay there again.

The pull out bed could use a foam padding as the bar could be felt through the matress.

Great location and value for price

Bed was very comfortable. Location was great, close to Duval Street but still quiet. Enjoyed wine happy hour and cabanas. Check in and out was very easy.

1. No security lock on inside. 2. A/C loud. 3. No Kleenex in room 4. Outlet in bath near sink powered by light switch. (No night light) ability. 5. No easy power plug on bed side for CPAP machine. Could install lamps with plug ability. Could use another chair in room.
