A bit hard to get stuff up to the 4th floor
1.0
This hotel had vacancy when rest of hotels and air bnbs were fully booked.
The rooms were advertised on booking.com as accommodating 2 adults and 1 child. We had 3 adults and two kids, and when we arrived at 9pm we were told that the rooms we had booked did not have room for cots, the cots are queen sized and would not fit. They offered us extra blankets for our kids to use on the floor. The pool was not available, though it was advertised as indoor year round pool on booking.com. Noise from floor above was disruptive. You will not get what you pay for and you will be disappointed. Do not book here.

Pet friendly, clean, mattress was fine.
Reception person on arrival was very nice.
Mini fridge froze food.
Room is dated and dark.

Clean, refrigerator and microwave. Internet fine. Bed okay.
Cheap looking, frayed carpeting outside. Cheap carpeting inside and cheap looking inside, Rickety chair. Reminded me of a "fishing motel". But price was way out of sync with what you got.

A clean, up-to-date motel that meets your motel expectations. Furnishings and cleanliness all good. Note that the Co-op grocery store is just down the hill and easy walking distance if you are so inclined.
Our lower floor room wasn't that sound insulated from the room upstairs - If the people upstairs are walking around a lot, it may get annoying if you aren't a sound sleeper. The pool house seems like a nice amenity, maybe they will bring it back if Covid is ever over?

cute, super friendly staff, great views and close to the beach
we were on the ground floor. really noisy above us whenever those guests simply moved or walked

The pool was closed. The room was clean. Staff responded to an email I sent in a timely manner. It had an old fashioned feel which was fun.
No air conditioning in our room and it was very stuffy when we closed the window and blinds at night.

Quiet hours beginning at 10pm.

The room was a nice size and very clean. We were given the room with probably the best view, so that was nice.
I knew the pool would be closed so that was not a surprise, however, I had read reviews about the free breakfast. Found out the first morning that they had discontinued the service. Hot coffee would have been nice. The coffee in the room was dismal. The girl at the counter didn't seem too concerned about it. Told me they just hadn't got around to updating the website. I asked about the reviews and was told "Those are so old." So I guess i am supposed to have ESP or something. No quick coffee stands anywhere we could find, just little cafes/restaurants. We paid $179.00 per night plus taxes. Way overpriced for the lack of any amenities. Pictures are a little deceiving. Just a motel right on a busy intersection.

Good location
Noisy outside noises (car door closing, etc.)
Footsteps on the second floor are very loud.
Shower water is not strong enough.
