Cockroach infested, disgusting, downgraded to a worse room and charged full price.

The hotel is conveniently located across the street from a grocery store and several restaurants. Nothing else was good about this stay, however.

My king room had no wifi connection so I could not use the internet or get any work done for half of my stay. I was downgraded to a queen room in order to have wifi, but was still charged the king room price. The new room had a bed that was broken on one side, several appliances that did not operate, and a foul odor coming from the shower drain that you could smell throughout the unit unless you closed the bathroom door. I also found and photographed cockroaches inside my new room (which was on the 3rd floor).

Sad, because my last night with my daughter before college was inundated with, hours of getting lodging settled.

Horrible experience, needing an overnight before bringing my daughter to college. There was no one to Check us in, a Janitor tried to help. We were put in a dirty room at the far back of the hotel, not at all easy for disabled people. Being exhausted after trying to help help from finally arriving front desk person he offered two rooms because we needed 2 beds, they had nothing available but rooms a half mile apart. The desk man called @ 10:30 to ask for more money, after we were already asleep. Horribly rude man demanding me to go to the desk.

A bit run down. Bath sink was showing a poorly done unprofessional repair. Many families seemed to be using the facilities for housing. The outdoor smoking was right at entrance and very unpleasant.

They just need to do way better at cleaning… my bed had makeup stains on it as well as many others in the towels.. and floor the “ breakfast” was granola bars and coffee.

Fire alarm woke me up during the night, talked to another guest who said that it was the third time this month. Also I saw two cockroachs on two different days of my stay in my room.

Pleasant

It was quiet and convenient. There was plenty of parking and parking was well lit and seemed safe. Check-in and check out were quick and easy.. The location is close to freeways and quiet.

It looked sanitized but not clean. Being in the residential property maintenance field, I may be more critical. There were a few things that I would address. My shirt and sweater were snagged on the countertop edge that is damaged.

The stay was just ok. A better greeting would be nice to feel welcomed.

The location was nearby an airport. The parking lot was easy to navigate. The price is good.

depressing

For several years I stayed at that hotel but now I find it very dirty, from the lobby to the corridors to the elevator. and once in the room, the bathroom was very dirty and the towels… very depressing…. I DID NOT STAY.. I retired to another hotel so I lost my money.

Handicap parking not available except in th every back and door was locked, had to go to the front/

We did not get any kitchen utilities: cups, spoons. dish soap to wash dishes. My daughter had to beg the clerk to please get us a group of the necessary items needed to get dishes for usage. The flooring in the bathroom (shower) was very poor; shower curtains did not reach inside the shower water leaked all over the floor and had to watch where water was not pilled up. Big SAFETY ISSUE! Gum or cereal left near the bottom of the bed not cleaned up, stuck to the carpet. 1

I had a surgery scheduled and this place is close to the hospital.

There was no lamp shades on any of the lamps. The wallpaper was pealing off the walls. The bathroom door was put on backward the shower faucet fell off in my husband's hand. No light switch in the bathroom only outside of bathroom. Do I need to go on? Not recomended
