FOH very good. Nice SPA. Pool good for a rooftop. Dante food excellent.
Hotel is in a great location.
Housekeeping accommodating on timing of room clean.
$82 for two eggs on toast and some tea/coffee is mad...
However, service was so delayed day 2 they compt the second days' breakfast.
A wedding was going on right outside my hotel window.
The hotel is not of the same quality overall as The Connaught, Berkeley or Claridges.
It does need some improvements.
Mini bar not restocked daily.
Movies expensive to hire given you've just paid $1200 a night for the room.
Coffee offered in the room, but not tea.
Decor mostly good.
Not enough staff around the pool. People were complaining about the prices vs service, alot.

The Terrace Restaurant was amazing for breakfast and dinner.
The room was cozy. Extra features I enjoyed were the bar, the concierge, the little touches in the room. The mini bar was fantastic! Bed was super comfy and the curtains actually closed completely with a button! Jacuzzi tub was awesome.
The view from my room wasn't that great. The stay was expensive. There was an extra fee because I checked out at 1 PM instead of Noon. The main door to the room kept opening and closing slightly when pressure changed in the corridor and the seal around the door was squeaky. This seemed to happen every time someone left their room, my door would push in and then push out and squeak.

The location, modernity, decoration, amenities, quality of service, great staff.

It is a clean nice hotel in an famous location. The rooms were spacious and well equipped.
It is so expensive. I realise that staying in the the heart of Beverly Hills is probably to be expected, but everything is charged for at an eye watering amount. Even if you are wealthy it just seems ridiculous.

The hotel is absolutely amazing, but the staff are what make it extraordinary. Every person we interacted with was so lovely, so kind, so capable. My husband had emergency surgery and the hotel drivers would drive me to and from the hospital multiple times. They even went with me to pick up my husband at 3-30 am and drove us to the pharmacy and then waited for me there. I will never stay anywhere else in Beverley Hills. Oh and the food at the hotel terrace is delicious and that outdoor dining space stunning!

drawers were too small to hold much more than just underwear. The room they gave us faced nothing except an empty building. For $1000 a night, it should be better than that.

Wonderful, luxury hotel with the most amazing service and amenities, perfect central location in BH close to excellent restaurants and shopping.
Very minor but need to get a full length mirror in the room for the ladies
