Would not stay again, price not justified.

Great location. Great gym pass (equinox). Friendly staff. Car service (bmw i7 electric). Restaurant high quality. Clean and quiet room. Liked the outdoor space and two pools.

High price not justified. Breakfast expensive and not included. Rooms look dated for the price. Stand over bath shower. No soft close on the loo

Petulant management. Flaky staff. Could have been great. Won’t return.

The location was great. Our room was super outdated & noisy & we were upgraded to a villa. In the process of moving our belongings, they lost quite a few pieces of clothing & personal items. We never got those returned.

I sent a number of items to laundry, they returned burned & ruined. I wasn’t inclined to pay the laundry fee for missing, burnt & damaged items. The hotel went ahead and charged me, despite my telling them NO.

The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating, the place was clean and well organized and the location itself was very beautiful and clean.

There wasn’t anything I found wrong. Truly such a delightful stay.

In love. Epic location in a beautiful garden with fantastic, cool, helpful staff. Top restaurant.

It's really not cheap, some would say the pools could be renovated, but hey, this place is out of competition: It has spirit. Parking is too expensive. One thing: leave those silly overpriced snacks with the motion detector to uncool places. Thanks! Love you!

I love my Junior suite Cabana room. It was located on the first floor direct pool access like the description says. Decor and room is nice size. The bathroom and shower is big with nice quality bathroom products. As a women and travel agent that like luxury can appreciate this. Everything was provided including robes. Room service was quick and easy. Staff -Sergio front desk is nice and friendly.

Peaceful oasis in the middle of LA.

Fabulous location, a lovely oasis in the middle of West Hollywood. Staff were fantastic. We had left our passports at previous hotel in Santa Barbara and the concierge team went above and beyond to get them returned to us before we left. Very comfortable bed, mini bar and snacks in room were well thought out, great amenities. On site restaurant is good., bar is great. Great restaurants in walking distance. Feels like a home away from home but very cool

Hollywood in Style

Fantastic Garden, great venue, delicious restaurant (catering to vegan and gluten free) and very professional and relaxed staff. Hollywood feeling included. If you want to experience the spirit of LA in all it's glory, this is the place to stay.

Prices are high (as usual nowadays in California).

I didn’t want to leave

Beautiful, comfortable oasis tucked away on the edge of Sunset Strip with an amazing garden and the nicest staff I have ever met in a hotel!

shocking and unremarkable. definitely my last visit to sunset marquis

Food was not good. Food and beverage prices are ridiculously expensive, and if room service on top is just insane. I would not go back again for this reason. Furthermore there is no street parking, only valet parking and they are now charging $56 for overnight parking. just regular valet for a few hours is also too expensive. they are taking the piss on the food and parking. and you need to tip on top. forget it. 16$ for a package of cigarettes. And the rooms are dated, not attractive decor they should not be priced as are now. Definitely overpriced for what is . I've stayed at this hotel at least 10 times over past few years and now I would not stay again because the crazy prices that are not justified at all. guacamole and a few chips from room service over $30. $18 on the menu A 6 Oz Smootie $14$ before tax. room service will cost you $20 at least for a smoothie
