location
Staff pushing to pay for everything, didn’t feel welcome, goal seemed to maximize daily revenu. checkin one hour early: pay, checkout time as advertised by hotel room information? pay! coffee with the included breakfast (which was only provided after multiple checks, not mentioned by staff, really needed to push for that, reluctantly): drinks not included with breakfast. they didn’t ask to pay for luggage storage; but I wouldn’t have been surprised. rooms filled with lots (really a lot) refreshments. but no pricelist anywhere. maybe it’s common for WeHo hotels, but didn’t feel welcome.

The bed is comfortable
decorations for the interior are too crazy

I loved the restaurant and bar!
The kitschen fan went on one floor above my room and did not stop until I called the Hôtel at 12:30 in the morning to tell them I was unable to sleep and had a very early morning wake up call at 5:00am! They sent someone up to turné of that very annoying fan! The room cost me $733 and I was only able to sleep for three hours! Very disappointing although I loved the concept of the hotel and would like to go back again! Joan Estes

amazing atmosphere and details
i liked all !
1.0
not much other than the location and staff
overly scented sheets, faulty shower, slow bathtub drain, no batteries in heater remote, dirty corners, lack of maintenance all around
5.0
Incredible boutique feel with an amazing staff
4.5
Great location, friendly staff. Close to Weho, public transport to both downtown LA or Santa Monica, plenty of restaurants close bye.
Beautiful rooftop pool and bar, with sweeping views of the surrounding area. Property in our opinion would be more suitable to adults rather than family groups. Shower has the best water pressure.
Bed was on the small size. Pillows extremely soft.
2.0
location and interior design
the staff were very rude, bad behavior specifically at restaurant on rooftop.
4.5
It is a small boutique hotel where you feel warmth as soon as you walk in. The roof top is precious.
4.0
The staff without exception were warm and welcoming. The pool/lounge and outdoor breakfast areas were peaceful and relaxing.
Bathroom, lighting in the room could use updating. Shower head water came out so forcefully it was uncomfortable.

Everything ! do not tell anyone, this place should stay hidden as the gem it is !
room could use a bit of an upgrade but they are still flavorful ;)

Nice location and concept.
Service on the rooftop was a disaster (waiting 1,5 hours for a warm bottle of cava that cost 65 dollars). Heaters during dinner did not work. Everything is overpriced. The included breakfast is nothing but toast & some butter/jam.
3.5
Amazing location and awesome pool ! The food is also really good !
Its kind of hard to reserve space at the pool even as a guest as the property all has a membership. I’d recommend booking ahead. I think in the scheme of things it’s pretty pricey and there’s not really any inclusions like breakfast

The rooftop pool
Overpriced buffet Breakfast

The room was very well appointed with a large bed and lounge area to sit in. There were lots of options at the mini bar from cocktails, snacks and even a bikini in case you had forgotten to pack one! The bed was very comfortable and we had a little balcony we could stand on and watch the world pass by. There was a party on the rooftop in the evening which was fun. Check out at 12 noon was great.
Unfortunately due to the party being set up on the roof, we couldn't really make use of the pool area in the day as they were getting things ready so it wasn't particularly relaxing as there were workmen around setting up. This was a real shame as sitting up on the roof had been one of the big draws to the hotel for us so a shame we didn't really get to enjoy that.

nice rooftop area.
continental breakfast is just a joke. need to pay extra for the buffet. double espresso is 13 $

There was a magic about the property and the attention to details in the decor made it so special. The rooftop pool and garden definitely makes this place. it’s amazing! It’s right there near bars and restaurants in West Hollywood. The amazingly attentive service made me feel like a VIP.
It’s a bit expensive and some of the rooms felt slightly worn.

The pool area was the only saving grace
Dirty grubby room 119 filthy window never been cleaned no wonder the blind would not work no extraction in the bathroom so damp smells throughout ok for twenty somethings that have never seen a hoover or duster

Love the funky atmosphere with the rooftop pool and restaurant. Room was spacious with old world charm and had a fireplace. The hallways were filled with interesting and colorful art. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious. Staff and everyone
was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Thomas and Julio at the front desk were great and everyone in the restaurant were wonderful. The location being away from the hustle and bustle but yet convenient and safe to walk everywhere. We had a memorable time and highly recommend staying at the Petit Ermitage. Thank you everyone.

brilliant decor, great rooftop pool, bar and restaurant
nothing
4.0
service, rooftop
fireplace that’s advertised is pathetic, barely emits a flame, no heats; having to lug bags up/down stairs.

The weather was amazing, so hanging at the pool was perfect.

it is a chic and interestingly arranged location.
hidden costs. they turned off money every day from the card for everything in the room. about $ 400 / day.

nice, friendly staff. great service. the dresser in the room was dusty and the option of having brighter lighting would’ve been nice. friend also forgot her charger and was not able to reach the hotel when we called.
