The hotel is well designed, furnished, landscaped and is very clean
The Staff is friendly, but many are young people here on work visas so often they could not answer questions. Communication in general was not great. We did not receive the printed summary of weekly activities until shortly before we left. The Wednesday night BBQ while pleasant, did not have labels on dishes and there were not enough servers.

breakfast was not great, sausage cold, service took a long time

Very pretty hotel and very clean
Breakfast price is too high for what it is. Concierge was not really helpful, after receiving tip he never got back to us with our outstanding requests.
We also asked for a baby crib which was confirmed by email but had to wait another hour when we arrived to actually get it.

Location is beautiful and charming. The hotel decor is beautiful, tastefully done, so charming, and high quality. My room was simple but very nicely appointed, immaculate, and bed was comfortable. Cocktails, dinner, and breakfast were superior! My dinner entree was really top notch in both flavor and presentation. All staff were very professional and extremely courteous.
The only criticism I had was the checkin and checkout process seemed inordinately slow. The staff while extremely polite, friendly, and professional seemed alittle unsure of the computer systems. The wait staff, again, couldn't have been nicer or more polite, but very green. The ones I encountered were young, teenage and 20 somethings, who clearly didn't have much, if any, restaurant experience. I realize it's not easy to find professional wait staff as seasonal workers for destination vacation properties.

Staff was very customer friendly - going out of their way to serve and make the stay exceptional.
Property - It is recently renovated so everything is in top condition
Food - Restaurant food is exceptional
Arrangement with booking.com - The reservation through Booking.com said breakfast is included but when we arrived the hotel stated change in terms with those bookings. Hotel gave 40 USD credit for each day. Would have been better to know this before hand.

Recently renovated, super clean and modern but takes you back in time. Lots of amenities. Fire places and fire pits everywhere. Loved that they had an Entire game room!! Very cool idea. Staff were all excellent. Beautiful view of water when walking around.
Fire alarm in room had a high pitched noise, water pressure was low and the design of the shower got water all over. It's an old building so you hear a bit in the rooms if your neighbors are noisy. 18$ cocktails at bar. At least they provided ear plugs.

fantastic location, friendly staff, comfortable room. beautifully curated common areas
a full length mirror would be useful, the shower was a real disappointment, lovely shower cubicle but the overhead shower head was small and the flow not great, would have expected a rain type shower head.
these are picky things because it is a truly stunning hotel.

Overall property is nice. It's a small island so getting to and from Points of Interest from the Pridwin as as hub is a convenience. We also came across the Chequit hotel, and ended up having a lunch there, so no regrets electing Pridwin. The views from the hotel bar and restaurant are enchanting.
FYI the Pridwin is recently acquired under new management. This was my first time, but just an FYI to future guests.
Breakfast and mattress frame. I'm certain for most people the mattress frame is fine, but there were a few times I was laying on the bed face down looking through my phone, and when you get off the bed without sitting upright your tibia will hit the wooden frame. I'm six foot, pretty athletic, not clumsy, and yet both my tibias are bruised :(

We enjoyed everything about our stay. There were not many workers so we saw the same few working tirelessly all day and night to ensure that guests were welcomed, taken care of and attended to. The grounds are amazing and the recent renovation was extremely well done and thoughtful- updated while keeping the character and charm. Fireplaces on in and out provided a lovely atmosphere. The pool was sunny and warm even at the end of September and the kayaks, boats and paddle boards were easily available. The setting is ideal and the food is outstanding. Every dish- breakfast (limited but always replenished and delicious) lunch and dinner.. amazing. They even made me special coffee upon request each morning.
There were plenty of places to sit, relax, talk, read and just take in the view. I grew up nearby but never ventured to the pridwin. Can’t wait to go back!!

Lovely hotel, right on the water with a (very) little beach across the street on the water, paddle boards and kayaks, quaint room, amazing breakfast included, s;mores at night, great views and sunsets!

Beautiful property and location, most gorgeous views and very nice staff.
It was a busy weekend, so took a long time to get food at the restaurant, but very delicious.

absolutely beautiful! the food was delicious. the room felt. little small but the bathroom was fabulous
the staff needs work. not enough people to handle the load. we waited 25 min at dinner before anyone even asked us what we wanted to drink and 3 times a bus boy started to put the wrong food on our table. we also had a charge on our final bill that wasn’t ours ($267) and it took a while to iron out because of some important issue management was dealing with but it was removed.

A beautiful property. Design upgrades were gorgeous. The service was terrible, left you very frustrated.
Terrible service, dinner was 3 hrs, concierge never got back to you. Computers were down when I checked out and over charged my credit card. It never ends.

The Pridwin has a serene charm that takes you back to an era long ago. The room was clean, quiet and a beautiful water view.
We would have liked a refrigerator in the room for convenience.
