Worst hotel I’ve stayed at, spend the money to stay elsewhere!

The lobby was pretty and the front desk woman was incredibly kind, but it stops there.

The property reeked of cigarettes and had a general sticky feel. Our room was outdated and very clearly not cleaned. The bathroom smelled overwhelmingly like urine. The toilet not only smelled bad but was VISUALLY nasty, despite having “sanitized” tape on it. We told the woman at the front desk and she took care of that for us. The curtains were ripped as if an animal was tangled in them. Breakfast was okay considering the price.

It was a good landing pad after a 12 hour drive but I’ll go somewhere else next time.

The room was tidy, there was east WiFi access, the tv in the room worked as expected. Our stay was quiet even with many children on our floor.

Stained curtains, there was some small amount of smegma in the shower near drain and on the edge of the sink. The pool was overrun by children not being watched well by the parents. The ice machine was out of order and the vending machines didn’t work.

I liked everything. it was clean the bed and pillows were comfortable. the pool was nice and clean. breakfast was great, alot of choices. staff very friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed I reserved this room 6 months in advance

The continental breakfast and the lady that prepares it her name was Rhonda she was very very helpful very sweet.

We didn't have the trash taken out of our room for 3 days we had to chase down the housekeeping to get new towels washcloths and sheets and stuff for the bed not friendly whatsoever very disappointed won't go back

Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Great location. Friendly staff. 2nd time staying here when I come to town.

Smell of cigarette smoke in the hall. I was in a non smoking room, but I still had to smell the stink of others.

Impressive breakfast coming out of COVID restrictions. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean.

We were originally given key cards to a room that had not been cleaned. The manager said it had been marked as clean on her records. We were immediately given a new room. These things happen...no harm. Our new room was very clean. This can't be changed but having the bathroom sink outside of the stool/bath/shower area and in the room we found inconvenient. Some people may like it though.

Overall not a bad place to stay for the price.

Great location close to interstate, gas station, and restaurants.

The room was listed as non-smoking but smelled like a smoking room. Main door lock, shower faucet, and toilet need repairs. I fixed the toilet handle so it would flush.

Horrible place- stay far away

Hotel was AWFUL!!! Pool is not heated. Place stunk. Alarm rang at 1 AM in our room. Woke up my kids. There was no one to fix it. Had to leave and go find another place

I have made several trips to Elyria and have always stayed at this hotel. Its suits me just fine.

The breakfast was good, there was a lot of variety with healthy choices, and was fresh. The staff was there to maintain it when things got low or empty.

I had trouble with the card keys the first day and the ice machine did not work on my floor and being there for three days was very inconvenient. I could not use my card key on the entry door and was difficult to use on my room door the first day but that was corrected by the next day.

Great price, good service and cleanly.

Breakfast was good the first day - the 2nd day I arrived later (9:30) and most everything was gone but was still enough to eat. The 3rd day I left early so didn't get breakfast. The location wasn't as good as the hotel I usually stay at in Avon (closer to my son's home) but the price and breakfast were much better.

The room smelled a little stale when you first walked in (like it may have been a smoking room at one time) but other than that, it was all good.
