There phone did not work when I called them they were not accepting calls. It was hot on the room so my son and I left at about 3am and stayes in the car. The gentleman at the counter didnt care one bit. He just said ok. The shower would not drain so my son did not get to shower. Worst experience ever.
Nothing it was a horrible experience.

Everything was beautiful & very convenient for our family wedding. Beds & pillows were perfect! My son has life-threatening food allergies and your chef & staff in kitchen were extremely helpful & made him food safe for him. Thank you so, so much for that! The venue for a family wedding was beautiful & food delicious!
The only thing that made me a little uncomfortable was not knowing there was a person staying in the lodge. Thought it was just my son & I & and suddenly, this big man exits a room in swim trunks, that I thought was empty. 😳 I understand privacy, but just maybe mention that there's another person in Lodge. Other than that it was great!

Given that the facility is a retreat facility, the grounds were quiet and well kept. The hiking trails were fun, for sure. Great vistas for dusk and dawn.
The rooms are designed for groups for the most part where each cabin has four sleeping rooms and a common space. We happened to be staying there when the entire lodge was vacant except for us on the first night. On the second night, a group of two was placed in the same cabin as us which made no sense since all other cabins were vacant. It was awkward for both parties, to say the least. We came in after dinner, and the two gentleman were trying to use the common space. They felt they had to shut down because we came in. We were zapped and didn't feel like complaining, but it was not good for either party.

Loved the remoteness....very scenic property. Was more like a state park cabin.
the room layout...sharing common a common area with other guests, while having only what amounts to a bedroom & bath, is not something that I would normally look for. Probably great for family reunion.....the 'rustic' accommodations were more akin to State Park cabin lodging.

secluded, quiet location. very nice property
would be nice if they could provide some type of food beyond vending machines due to distance from restaurant facilities. Also we were not told about the security gate to the entrance closing, what time, how to get back on the property.

it was beautiful and the lodges had pool tables and games in them. the property has a beautiful pool as well.
the lodges seemed to have requirements that no noise be made past like 8 pm, so if you and your friends are looking to hangout in the open areas of the lodges and play pool and stuff or swim in the pool after 8 pm, you might need to go somewhere else. this is a bonus for a lot of people though!

Gated away from everything but close enough to everything. Alot of outdoor activities.
How small the room was. Breakfast was terrible.

View over all really nice.
Did not like that we had no aircondtioned control in the room or a fan. Didn't like to share the refrigerator with all the other guess we didn't know.

Clean, well kept lodging areas with plenty to do! Hiking, swimming, fishing, there's even a volleyball net (I would use it for badminton!) and a basketball goal. Close enough to Tulsa to get anywhere, but actually feels rural. It reminded me of camp from when I was a kid! Breakfast is also delicious but it is served late(8:30), just give your breakfast ticket to the dining area host. Lodge 2 has card tables, shuffleboard, and a pool table which was great for the adults and kids!
My favorite thing was the pool, it was extremely nice. The next time we go we'll do weekdays with a private lodge!
We stayed in lodge 2, which had a shared space with a shared kitchen as well. This means no fridge in your room, so you have the potential to be sharing one fridge with 17 other rooms. The rooms are very tiny! Tiny tvs. All of that is fine because it feels so much like a camp, but what I cannot deal with is noise at night! Because of the small rooms and shared space, you can hear everything happening out there and sometimes even in the rooms next to you! There was a rather 'loud' couple in one of the rooms nearby and our kids said they heard scary noises at night, so take that knowledge however you want. Next time I will rent out the 4 room private lodge, so its just up to you on if you think the noise will bother you!
Also just be careful booking through booking.com, do not let them charge you twice!

We loved that they provided fishing pole and gear for my husband. The hiking trails and horseshoes were fun.

very nice relaxing place with lots of extras like fishing and sport equipment
food wasn’t that great

The scenery and facilities offered great outdoor opportunities. The staff and grounds were phenomenal.
It had a camp feel rather than a retreat. The rooms are comfortable but seemly not intended to lounge within.

The grounds were very well kept. The front desk was very friendly and I loved that it was their off season and it wasn’t packed with people.
Minor disrepair of the room and I feel like the staff wasn’t very well informed about what was going on. We asked to extend our stay by an extra day, we were told that was no problem and we paid for it. The next day, the same person who made the arrangements with us called and asked if we were still checked in and that they were closing and we couldn’t stay an extra night and she didn’t even remember talking to us. The money was refunded and it wasn’t a huge deal, but I feel like that was avoidable.

Everything. Very homey and comfortable, away from downtown traffic.

The area was nice and they had a nice set up had the weather been nice. The area was very quiet and safe too. Staff was very nice and the main lodge was beautiful where you go to check in.
You had to park separate from your lodge and walk in the very cold weather. Our remote was broken and could not be fixed so we could only watch one channel and our room was very small. Needed updating inside the lodge.

The location was beautiful and only 13 minute drive to cherry st.
Please be aware that you will be in a small lodge with other families. Even though you don’t share a room or bathroom, the walls are like paper. We could hear the other family clear as a bell (and every word of their conversation and music and tv shoes) until midnight.
Also, please be aware that parking is not right by your little lodge. You may have to walk some
distance and carry things multiple times to get to your place.
Also, although breakfast is included, the front desk told us “only for 2 people” even though we had three in our reservation. It didn’t really matter though, because by 9:30, there was one egg and 5 pieces of bacon left, no fruit, and a couple pieces of toast, and only cranberry juice. I suppose breakfast is served once, at 8, and no one is restocking.

Staff was great. Got a hot breakfast on sunday. Eggs, bacon and oatmeal were offered. Better than a box one I suppose. The place is super neat. Our boys loved the fishing and hiking trails. And the outdoor pool and hot tubs. Was happy we were the only ones in our lodge. It would get small real quick if all the rooms were occupied.
The beds are super small. But comfortable. The maintenance guy came on Saturday morning w a blower to blow off the leaves off our porch. Wasn't really necessary and was super loud. Box breakfast. The little store that was advertised in our rooms to be open, wasn't open.

The fact that they turned our air conditioner off whenever they thought we weren't in the room and then they wouldn't give us a fan
Staff on attendance wouldn't answer the phone locked out of the front gate for an hour in the middle of the night had to walk literally three quarters of Mile uphill both ways

The breakfast was just okay but probably our fault as the breakfast is served from 8 to 10 a.m. and we did not arrive until 9 a.m each morning and the breakfast was slightly warm. Service by Jenny was excellent though!
The rooms were not cleaned and had to ask for towels and garbage take out.

Everything was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! The only thing that I could ask is that they serve turkey sausage 🥰
The fact that they didn’t have anything turkey!
