Waffles were great as always, no salt to be had for the eggs. Everything else on point.

THERE WERE BED BUGS

Breakfast was good. A nice area for dining. Staff was wonderful. Victoria was so helpful before our trip with parking information and at the desk when we arrived. Stephanie was a reassuring presence and we truly felt she would be there for us if we had any unmet needs (which we didn't!). We chose the parking garage option and it was great. Safe and secure.
We have no complaints. A very good experience. The location can't be beat if you are attending an event at the BOK, which we were.

Too much chlorine in the pool

Great location
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, it was truly the worst I’ve ever been on

Large, Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Great location with easy access to BOK center across the street. Parking was next door in a nice parking garage. Wide spaces for easy parking.
Wi-Fi was slow. Foot rest in shower was broke. A couple of our towels had light black stains on them. We didn’t use those because we weren’t sure if they were clean.

The staff was friendly until I told them about the bedbug on my headboard, after which they made it seem like I brought the bedbug to the hotel. Not a great feeling. Also breakfast was meh.
We dropped our bags off early in the room and went to our nearby event. When we came back and laid down to relax on the bed before ordering dinner, I noticed something crawling on my headboard. It was 100% a huge bedbug. I trapped it in a cup and took it to the lobby to request a new room, and the desk person acted disgusted as if I'd brought her my own bedbug as opposed one chilling in her hotel. 🙃 I was given a new room on a different floor. No apology. Just a weird aloof sort of "I can't believe you'd bring a bedbug into our lobby" look down the nose. I'll not be staying at this hotel again for SO MANY reasons. One being the bedbug and the need to disinfect everything I took on the trip with me, another being the way the staff handled the situation...the lack of a genuine apology or any sort of explanation about what would be done. I don't know what I expected them to do, exactly. But I certainly didn't expect them to treat me like The Problem.

They canceled my reservation within an hour of my check-in. I was told by email it was due to maintenance, but front desk told me it was due to overbooking. I booked this room on 3/31/23 for an 8/1/23 stay. The front desk said they called booking.com to cancel all 3rd party bookings since they overbooked. This left me stranded in a city I'm unfamiliar with; a woman traveling alone with 2 kids and nowhere to stay. I ended up having to pay $37 more for the room I found, which was also 15 miles away, and an additional $50 in rideshare fees.

I like the pool it wasn’t many people in the pool.
I didn’t like how the guest service talk to me. I didn’t like my room was dirty. I didn’t like that the room wasn’t an executive suite. I didn’t like the parking or having to wait 30 mins for security to open the garage. I didn’t like having to walk blocks just to get to my room. Everyone was rude. Me and my kids have never been to Tulsa so we were asking questions and they were upset because we were asking questions. The worse experience I ever encountered at the hamtons.

The hotel and room was very clean. I was supposed to have a king suite, but when I checked in, they didn’t have that for the reservation, which honestly sucked! This was a weekend getaway, and it was a surprise for my wife. The breakfast was fantastic. Great selection!
I would have liked them to accommodate my room reservation, but I guess Booking.com and the hotel got their wires confused. The bed, the mattress specifically, was hard and uncomfortable. The blankets and comforter was AMAZING…but not the mattress.

The location for the hotel is great, I will stay again. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were kept clean. The beds were very comfy.
I didn't get to eat all of the breakfast selections, I went to the breakfast area around 9:30 and they already started putting up a lot of the (hot) breakfast items, so we were left to eat yogurt. If it says till 10 then I believe they should have all options available until 10.
The parking :(

I didn't like the fact that not only do you have to pay for parking, but the location is horrible!! I love Hampton Inn, but I will never stay at this particular location again.

Breakfast was good and the kids like it.
Just don't feel safe around the place because of the location but overall is acceptable.

Slow elevators, long waits

location. booked for an oilers game and it’s right next door so that was nice
the door card reader died several times locking us out of our room. once is understandable but should not have happened again.

The location and room were very nice. There are a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel.
There were some minor things, such as the shower door being hard to open and close. The fact of having to pay for parking should be disclosed at the time of booking or including in the room rate. $245 a night plus $20 a day for parking is a bit much.

We liked the location close to BOK. The staff was nice and helpful.
The handicap room we requested missed the mark. My zero turn wheelchair barely fit...leaving no room to transfer to the stool. Same thing for the shower. Also the water controls are at one end of the shower and the head at the other making it impossible for a amputee to shower without help.

It costs $45 to park for 1 nite.

The location where we needed to be.
Parking was a nightmare. Almost got a ticket. Then I couldn't get in a parking garage. It was not great at all.

parking was a bit crazy. but it worked out with protected parking. wish would have known about the parking before hand.

Location--closest place to stay for BOK events. Closer than I thought it would be, plenty of police in the area and some streets were closed, making walking much safer. Employees were helpful and nice. They explained the parking options in an easy-to-understand way. Didn't feel unsafe in daytime, though nighttime exploring might be an adventure. Room was clean. Nearby Arena Grill is 7.5/10 for simple food from 11a-2a if you don't want to leave the area (and maybe lose your parking place). If I go to another event at the BOK, and can get a room, I most likely will.
Paying extra for parking, though I understand why (there's nowhere near the parking needed for large BOK events); I knew about this beforehand and decided the limited Hampton parking was a better option than the adjacent parking garage. No microwave in room. Noise from other rooms was louder than other hotels, but nothing unbearable. Toilet was slightly loose, but worked fine. Vending machine products were outdated, and there was a limited supply of items in the Hampton store in the lobby. These are nitpicky items compared to other places I've stayed for almost double the price.
