The one plus with the stay was the friendly staff. They were pleasant and extremely helpful.
The toilet in the room ran all night long, the pillows were not comfortable at all. We got a room for three people, which meant one person would sleep on the couch bed. However, when we opened up the sofa bed, there was only a sheet on it. In the entire room, there was only one extra blanket and no extra pillows for us to put on that bed. I gave my co-worker pillows off my bed. Not that they were comfy at all. Talk about flat pillows. They make look fluffy but they go flat when you put your head on them but that’s typical hotel pillows for you. The breakfast was not great or hot as one might expect given they were serving hot food. I expected so much more out of the hotel given the brand and my previous experiences with this particular brand. Given the amount being charged, I would hope the room would have been in better condition and the food hot. There should be extra blankets given the amount of beds in a room for people. Meaning if you have three beds, then one should expect at least three extra blankets and a couple of pillows. A constantly running toilet didn’t help matters. I know this seems really complaining but I was really surprised by how this hotel was given my past stays in other hotels within the same brand family. Especially since I was the one to recommend this hotel chain to my co-workers for a conference we were attending.

Breakfast was great. The location was convenient.
I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay for parking. And the refrigerator in the room was broken as well. In addition, I did not get my deposit back either.

The view, my room, the location of the hotel to downtown.
My luggage cart had a flat tire on it, the elevators in the whole building stop working so we had to carry our luggage up and down 12 floors.

Spacious rooms, wonderful service and breakfast, comfortable beds, easy walk to Convention Center.
4.5
Everything from the location, view, room, restaurant to the bar. I was able to walk around and find different eateries and sites.
No complaints.
3.5
Dated furnishings that were not in the best shape. Stains on the partition, carpet, and lampshades.

Breakfast bar was adequate - however it should have offered more fresh fruit. The location of the toaster and the bread items should be together - not separated. The selection of sweet pastries was disappointing! I had a chess burger for evening dinner and was disappointed.
$38 a night for parking is way over the top. This is not downtown New York city or Tokyo. Suggest searching out other options - even at the airport.

The location was great and the room was large.
I found hair on the hand towel, crumbs on the bed, pretzels on the floor and in the trash, and a tampon in the bathroom trash can.

I liked the location and the staff was amazing!
There was only one working elevator and my valet ticket only allowed me to text once so the other times I needed valet there was a wait.
