The room was spacious and comfortable with views of parts of the city and stadium
It was to hard to get into hotel from the parking garage. It was not clearly marked. Also the $40 parking fee

Location and Cleanliness
Staffs are not that much helpful. Drinking Water is not given in room. 300$ has been blocked on the card during check in which is not mentioned during booking. Breakfast is same on every day and no variation.
4.0
Excellent location, directly across the street from stadium and multiple restaurants. Despite this, room was quiet and very well kept.

Location
I’m a member of Bonvoy and tried booking on Bonvoy - the same room was 1/2 the price booked elsewhere- why ? Members are supposedly to get best rates !?
4.0
Easy to access and to get around.
They didn’t have much food options and the breakfast wasn’t good.

Location. The lady that checked us in was delightful.
My TV could not pick up any stations. Called the front desk who said they could put us in another room with no guarantee that that TV would work. No offer to help troubleshoot.

Cleanliness and location
You have pay for parking is quite ridiculous to me after traveling far and paying for hotel stay the parking should go with the stay and if we have pay should not be 40 dollars a day too expensive. Could have more then two towels in room

Taylor on reception was exceptional. She went above and beyond to help me order a pizza which the company wouldn't recognise my foreign credit card. Generally all the staff were very helpful.
The lighting in the room could be better and simplified

For me, I particularly liked the design of the room and bathroom. It felt spacious and useful with its smart desk, generous open areas, clever bathroom doors, and even an easy to access TV with inputs behind it. I didn't make use of it, but it's nice to see a city hotel room with a microwave included. The dining area was also nicely designed, sure it's that corporate way, but the colors and comfort and different kinds of seating was nice for the price. (Though I bet the price was reasonable as I wasn't staying during any sporting events in the nearby stadium.)
That said, the location was really good for someone like me who wants to walk to areas around town. It's right nearby a food hall and a light rail system, and not far at all from the Charlotte Convention Center. If I had to stay in Charlotte again, this hotel would be the first one I look at.
Considering we were in the heart of North Carolina, I kinda expected some more breakfast options with some southern flair. Had to go outside to find some grits, but thankfully I didn't have to go too far.
I would have liked to have had an easier time parking though. Parking information wasn't communicated anywhere on the site, and though there was a valet I prefer I park myself when possible. However I accidentally parked in the wrong lot thanks to the layout of the town and trying to find parking at night in a new city can be a little confusing. I know better now, but I would suggest researching where to park if you can and that goes for any hotel in the area.

The beds were not comfortable at all. Smelled very old and stuffy. The air unit never got cool. They couldn’t switch rooms

The location was ok. Rooms were extremely comfortable and clean.
I was told free parking for hotel guests but had to paid 15 dollars every time I left and came back to the room. I found out the parking deck didn't belong to the hotel. On my last night there the power went out for over 10 hours which made stay uncomfortable for a hotel that was that pricey.

Would like suite with separate rooms options.

Location great. Staff very friendly.
Gym super dirty. Uncomfortable bed. Bathroom counter and desk had a lot of chip surfaces - room looked old and dingy. We received 2 bath towels when there are 3 adults.

The location is excellent for events on the spectrum center, the breakfast is dimple but good.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant, it’s location is awesome (although parking was slightly difficult). Overall, it was a great experience!
The only issue I had was with one of the bartenders. She was a very amicable but completely conned me into purchasing an extremely expensive beverage without noting the cost first. When I was given the tab I was totally shocked and disappointed.

Property is very centrally located. Lots within walking distance. Right across from the spectrum center. Front desk staff was very nice each time I spoke to them. Also, accommodating with a late checkout.
Not pertaining to the property itself but valet is iffy…the text to use the link to retrieve the car only worked the first time so every other time we needed our car we had to go down and ask and wait 20-30 minutes. the day we checked out they told us they didn’t have our keys and even had us check the cabinet ourselves for them. They called the girl who parked it and she wasn’t answering. After an hour of waiting they finally found the keys.

Everything was great. The choice of food was good and the location was great. Having breakfast on the 2nd floor kept you from interrupting check-in and check out which I thought was awesome.
The only problem was the refrigerator did not work.

Hotel was conveniently located directly across the street from the Charlotte Hornets Spectrum Center. I was attending a game that evening and it made it effortless getting there. We walked and crossed the street to get to the entrance of the arena. There was a big selection of breakfast items and condiments to choose from.
I had some difficulty finding the breakfast floor, only because I assumed it was on the lobby floor. I don't remember if I was told that at check in.
