The breakfast was delicious. The service was friendly.
It was our first B & B stay so I wasn't sure what to expect. The room was clean. The only negative I had was that I felt like the price was a little high. Overall it was very enjoyable.

excellent location extremely close to down town
room was small and over priced

The property was beautiful! Perfect area, 2 min walk from the hustle and bustle of downtown St Augustine.
The walls were extremely thin. We stayed in a separate cottage in the silver room and we could hear absolutely every conversation they were having.

I liked the quiet area. The cozy home feeling. The porch. Parking was good right next to the place. clean to. Very nice people and very helpful. made us feel very comfortable.
I did not like how the bed was uncomfortable. But everything was great. Hospitality was awesome

The staff were very friendly, the building was a beautiful old home with uniquely designed rooms. Breakfast was excellent. You are with a 2 minute walk of the major shopping/walking street. Excellent location, location, location. Oh yes, a carafe of Port was in our room.
All was good

Toilet was not cleaned, no toilet paper.
Breakfast only 1 option on menu and very small portion, my wife asked after finishing what comes after this appetizer, lol.

Very friendly people and a well-appointed B&B that seems to have anticipated everyone's needs. The little details made a big difference. The breakfasts were creative and delicious. Well worth spending a few extra dollars to stay in a true St. Augustine building versus a chain hotel. It really put us in the right frame of mind for exploring the city and with St. George Street 2 short blocks away, was very easy.

Everything was amazing, better than expected. I cannot pick one thing that was wrong.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable, couldn’t sleep through the night due to all the noise from vehicles, trucks, septic trucks, etc. breakfast was extremely simple no real thought put into it. Basically eggs bacon or sausage?

Bed was comfortable.
No closet or armoire in room. Only place to hang your clothes was a series of hooks on a wall.
5.0
Breakfast was ok not much to choose from and coffee pot was empty most of the time, not enough choice and no commutation
More communication would be nice and more option for breakfast

Breakfast was great !!! Rooms were excellent !!! Staff was super friendly and helpful ... we will for sure stay here again in the future !!!
7.0
Staff was exceptional and very attentive.
The Ruby room is in the worst location in the building (needs to be the front office). It is right next to the front door, dining area and windows toward main street with loud traffic. No privacy whatsoever and you can hear traffic and people in the dining area as if there are no walls.
