Nice short stay

The breakfast was fine, but not of a huge variety. The canteen is a bit small so consider getting there early. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The staff was very polite and attentive. We liked it!

Economy compromise for a short stay in Chinatown, Philly.

-staff was friendly informative -breakfast was good -common areas were neat & orderly -bath tub was large with great water pressure -short walk to tours, restaurants & shops -fairly priced parking on-site

-lamps & windows needed repairs/cleaning -mattresses were old & uncomfortable -loud noises from the city woke us early

Very Comfortable

- Great AC - Pretty central - Very comfortable beds - Breakfast (bacon, scrambled eggs, waffles, croissants and other bread stuff), orange juice and apple juice - WiFi - Own Bathroom - Fridge and microwave in room, also got instant coffee bags, sugar and water cooker

- Entrance is right next to lots of trash containers - Tap water smells like chlorine (not a problem of the hotel, but the city in general)

Very good

Perfect location downtown, quiet but in the heart of Philly’s Chinatown. The hotel is clean and safe. Only a few minutes walk from Jefferson station.

Pay the extra $

You get what you pay for. Spend the money to get a better place to stay. Elevator was sporadic and was not functional several times. There were tears and stains on the linens. They did not communicate up front you need to ask for your room to be cleaned. They balked when I asked for a third towel. Most importantly don’t expect to be welcomed after 15 minutes of your check out. They will kick you out. I have never experienced this at any hotel before. They spoke of their manager like he was the wizard of Oz, not no way, not no how, you can stay in the lobby my manager will harass me.

You get what you pay for.

It was cheap for that area of Philadelphia.

There was a reason it’s cheap. It’s hard to find, the bed was uncomfortable, something in my room was broken, and the shower was a little dirty.

check in process was smooth. Location is awsome

The first day there were only crackers and bread an jelly for breakfast. When all the customers complained the response was that's the way mgmt wants it. The next day they fixed the issue and there was a full breakfast with eggs. Like it should be.

I would stay again.

Very Professional, well run, helpful, polite staff. Great Location. Really good breakfast with hot and cold food, coffee and tea. I slept very well. It is an older hotel with thinner walls and ceiling, so expect some noise. Easily solved by sleeping with earplugs. There was a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. I would stay again.
