The bath tub was big. The staff I spoke to were mostly friendly. The bed was well made and the sheets were very clean and soft. The air unit worked well.
The bed sunk in as the night went on. There were no batteries in the remotes. There was only a small towel and a big towel and hand soap. And they forgot I ask for toilet paper. The bathroom door would close. There were open electric sockets. Water stains on the ceiling. A switch which did nothing.

I reserved a room through Booking.com, and stayed November 12th. I would like a full refund as this was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at! The pictures online did not represent truthfully the accommodations provided. The headboards were peeling, and had SO much dust on the top that was not only disgusting to look at, but kept making me sneeze, and I could not breath at night. The beds did not even have bed skirts. The wall in the bathroom was ripping off, and the tub looked like I would get more dirty than clean if I took a shower in it! We woke up to the neighbors having a quarrel at 6am. The entire experience made me feel so unsafe. I have provided pictures to prove how awful the hotel was.

The view of the pool and highway
The place was disgusting and has roaches crawling everywhere.
1.3
That there were bugs everywhere. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we went to the office and they said change the battier and that did not help. The place was absolutely disgusting and did not provide satellite television as described.

Absolutely nothing. This place was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve payed the same rate and gotten much better rooms.
let’s see…. one light worked in the room, the room smelled like sewage (which was seeping up under the tile in the bathroom) the vet fan was hanging off the ceiling. The TV didn’t have speakers that worked… you get the picture

cheap price
it was very run down. the bed frame was made from lumber. The headboard was peeling, the lamp shade was crushed. the chair was a plastic lawn chair.

nothing. the air conditioning didn’t work. It was dirty. It was like walking into a warehouse. The bed sheets looked clean.
There were people looking like they were selling stuff having a garage sell from the hotel. All the furniture in the room was torn up. strangers would stand outside my window and try to look in. NOT a SAFE place. I was just too tired and had no idea it would be bad! You can’t trust booking, this isn’t the first time they had trashy hotels on there sight.

Nothing was really to be liked. The light didn't work and the room look run down.
Everything was awful. From the Channelview to the bathroom seat and rub. It was almost immeasurably bad.

The housekeeper was friendly. She brought us towels.
When I first booked the room we booked it because it said it came with breakfast and a pool.
When we got there the receptionist was very rude and we found out that our room didn't come with a microwave or a fridge as they had a limited supply.
The room had no lighting except for the bathroom area and was really hard to see. There were no lamps just a big window with curtains that led to a main busy noisy hallway behind the office. The bathroom tile floor was wet and the carpet closest to the bathroom was as well.
Later we would realize that our room also didn't come with towels, washcloths, pillows, a clock, or a trashcan. We did end up getting some pillows finally from housekeeping. The housekeeper was the nicest person we met and the only reason we stayed.
The pool was covered in a tarp and not maintained at all. You could hear frogs coming from it at night.
I feel bad for staying there and not leaving and getting a refund as it was the worst hotel room I've ever been in.
I went with my 3 year old and husband and I felt like I had let them down because I picked the hotel and I couldn't even put my daughters milk in a fridge. Good thing I packed a cooler.
This was listed as poor but there needs to be a lower rating. The neighborhood was not good and I don't think it's a place I should have had my family. Will never be making that mistake again.
My husband said thar there was mold under the sink so I made sure I took pictures of the room so you can see what it really looks like and not what they posted which was fake.

It was so bad we did not stay or use the facilities. We arrived early and it took then 4 hours to fix room and when we saw it we decided we could not stay in the fililth!
Room not available on time and filthy once prepared after waiting 4 hours.

Location was nice and price seemed about right for a 2 star hotel. Front Desk was nice. Not his fault it was a poorly maintained and disgusting property
The place was absolutely disgusting and did not provide satellite television as described

Noisy, no chairs at all, one lamp with a bare light bulb, holes in the walls, one small pillow, no alarm clock.

This place is sketchy. And scary. The guy behind the nasty window in the poorly lit square at check in was missing most of his teeth, was wobbling side to side, and I could smell the liquor, despite the tiny holes in the window. The first thing he said to me was "where is your car?" I pointed to it.
There were several other shady people that looked homeless milling around the office. The guy took my card and my id and told me to pull my car forward so he could see it better. He then disappeared into the back. He returned without my card and id, gave me a slip of paper to fill out and said they were looking for my reservation. He left again. He then walked through the "office" and through a side door and disappeared behind another door. He returned and said they couldn't find my reservation and did I know how much the website was supposed to charge me. I got into my email and found my confirmation number and provided it to him. That did not seem to help. I booked though booking.com and they did not provide me with a total. The homeless looking drink man than disappeared AGAIN! Still I do not have my card or ID. He finally returns with my card and ID and basically tells me "there's no room at the inn" and that they couldn't figure out the reservation. I interrupt him and tell him we will find somewhere else.
Meanwhile, my husband and hy son were waiting on the care. They both felt unsafe and my husband said he saw several interactions that looked like drug exchanges. Not safe. I now have put fraud alerts on my acct. Also shame on booking.com for having a place like this on their service.

They put me in room 130, the images attached are room. The room was terrible & they shouldn’t even be charging what they charge. Luckily, the attendant gave me another room & it was nicer but wasn’t much of an upgrade. Plus, he had a new room key ready too quickly, like as if he knew he put me in a disgusting room.

Nothing except the staff. The room was very basic and the charge for the room way too much for the facilities there. More like a ymca joint suitable for back packers. I did contact booking.com to tell them of the problems. Management were informed and I received a partial refund.
No chair to sit on. Poor heating. The shower was not working. Due to covid no hreakfast available but you still had to pay the full price.
