The property was clean and the staff was friendly.
I wished the property had better breakfast options. Preferred more meat options and items like scrambled eggs.
8.0 / 10.0
The room size and overall cleanliness.
The pool was small for the size of the hotel. Also i think hotel was a little pricey. I can get a suite in Vegas for less than what i paid for suite here. I travel frequently so that’s the only real disappointment. And they charged my card 2-3 times for the wrong price. Which will hopefully be resolved soon.

Clean and friendly.
The breakfast was lacking. There was no meat option. Lots of sugary cereals, waffles, and eggs.

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing. Friendly. Check in was a breeze. They even mentioned how there were a lot of things going on in the area.
Not really much to say negative at all.

Easy check in
The hotel was not clean, and the strong scent of cologne seems to be masking a bad smell in our room.

The location was perfect to Arrowhead Stadium and to restaurants. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. Love the shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers. Not only to save waste, but convenience, and the products were very nice. Could hear guests above us but that didn't really bother us.
We had a double queen and had two teen granddaughters with us. There is one towel rack. The bathroom is a great size, another towel rack for bathing suites and wet towels would be great. Would love a night stand on the outside of the beds. There is one in the middle between the two queen beds but not on the outside.

The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. Out of all of the choices available in the Kansas City area, I'll definitely use this hotel again over all the rest.
I liked everything.

Rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quiet, very friendly staff, good breakfast options, good a/c
The design of the bathroom door did not block the light from the bathroom from waking everyone up during the night

Loved the cleanliness and style of the room. Very spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast. No meat options were available. Just eggs and bread. Thats the only thing I would change. A better Breakfast

What a nice place to stay! We wanted a place close to Worlds of Fun and this was just across the highway. I also needed a work space and this place had a nice desk with a comfortable chair and lots of outlets. I needed to do a conference call so I paid the extra $5 for faster wifi. Breakfast was good. We stayed two nights—a Sunday and Monday. The only differences were how busy they were and the egg selection. Sunday was super busy with longer hours, scrambled eggs, gravy, and biscuits. Monday was a choice between a pre-packaged quiche or an egg “croissanwich.” Both days had a waffle maker, yogurt, fruit, and a large selection of cereals. Maybe toast. Beds were comfortable and halls were carpeted dampening outside sounds. Nice clean fitness room.
The laundry room only had one washer and one dryer so I had to wait a bit to get started. Also, the washing machine said .$50, but after I added the money, it asked for $1.50 (or an amount close to that) more to start.

The bed was really comfortable.
The breakfast wasn’t very good. The bacon was thin little strips that were very crunchy and the eggs seemed like they were overcooked. I also found a flea in my room, which means they didn’t vacuum in between guests and there were some other things on the floor to indicate that they didn’t vacuum.

The staff checked us in ahead of time so we could visit Worlds of Fun across the street. We unloaded at the rooms and the kids thought the rooms were so cool they wanted to stay and not check out the amusement park! The breakfast was not only changing daily but the staff was so amazing helping everyone out.The food was fresh and hot and what a selection they had.
Two nights and three days seemed to be to short of a stay.

The electric shades only worked when they wanted to. Carpet needed a good vacuuming.

Modern feel, USB charging ports
Opaque glass bathroom door ensures that those who get up to use the restroom at night wakes everyone else up when they turn on the bathroom light. Not enough towels (only provided 2) for a suite with 3 guests and housekeeping never came to make the room up when we were gone for the day.
